Enjoy the best of the east coast at this new 5 bed/4.5 bath, 3200 sq ft, home in the amenity-rich and desirable community of Ocean View Beach Club in Ocean View, DE. This neighborhood is within a bike ride or short drive to downtown Bethany Beach, great restaurants, and shopping. This resort community offers an incredible outdoor pool, clubhouse, workout facility, and multi-sport court. There are plenty of weekly activities and amenities to keep your entire group entertained.

The open concept first-floor living space offers a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals as well as a large dining area with ample seating for the whole group. The large kitchen island is perfect for gathering and also has seating for four people. There is a patio just off the living area, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The backyard provides plenty of space for yard games and backs up to a wooded walk along the canal that is great for exploring.

Primary Bedroom Suite: Includes king-size bed, TV, large walk-in shower, and soaking tub.

The second floor includes a large loft with ample seating and a TV, perfect for kicking back after a long day at the beach, reading a book, or relaxing just. There is also a table and seating for a game night or round of cards.

High Efficiency Washer and Dryer available for guest use.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towel sets per guest.

Please bring your own beach/pool towels.

Great House for Family vacation - some room for improvement

The house was great and had plenty of room for our family vacation. We did not love that we had to put the sheets on the beds and completely clean the property prior to leaving. Part of vacation is leaving the housework at home. Overall it is a great property to stay at in Bethany Beach area, but would love to see some changes in policy when checking in and checking out.

Summer vacation

Everything was wonderful. The house is gorgeous with lots of room to relax. The kitchen is very spacious. The bedrooms were neat and clean and fit our needs. The community pool was a great bonus. All the rental arrangements were easy and straightforward.

Fabulous home, great location

Adorable new home with open floor plan, in a great neighborhood. Plenty of bedroom and space for everyone. Second floor family room is perfect for children. We loved everything about this home, including the new house smell as soon as we walked in. You will not be disappointed!
