    The Space:

    Take in pond views from the screened porch and deck of this first-floor, golf villa-style condo! Featuring approximately 1,420 square feet of vacation space for your next beach adventure, this one-level resort getaway features a living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a full hallway bathroom, and two bedrooms, including a primary suite. Enjoy central air conditioning, a washer/dryer, two TVs (including a 40-inch Smart TV in the living room and a 37-inch flatscreen TV in the primary bedroom), free WiFi, a Keurig, a gas fireplace. The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Just three miles from the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion (with an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a kiddie pool, an exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, a hard-surface tennis court, a multi-sport court, and saunas for homeowners and guests), a playground, a summer beach shuttle, and a clubhouse with a restaurant. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 THINGS TO KNOW The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per-person fee for guests ages 4 and older for use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests who opt to purchase amenity passes must purchase them at the Bear Trap Pavilion. The pools are located at the community pavilion. (The pool located on October Glory is for owner use only.) Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Beautiful community/stay!

The Bear Trap Dunes condo was more than we expected. We enjoyed our stay and the beach shuttle services is a bonus. Definitely would stay again.

Best condo in Bear Trap Delaware

This condo was perfect. Furnished tastefully and relaxing . The unit has every item you could imagine to make it feel like home. There is price of ownership here and it showed. We will certainly plan to visit again

Comfortable House - Great Community

The house was comfortable and nicely decorated. The community is phenomenal. The ammenities in the community, especially the pools are wonderful! It is a bit far from the beach but the shuttle service is convenient. We would highly recommend Bear Trap Dunes.

Almost perfect

Home is perfect, comfortable had everything we need . Had a great vacation even with the restrictions put in place with the virus , perfect location . Only complaint I had were the people upstairs were very loud and disturbing at times .

Nice place but some cons

Pretty house in a nice community within short driving distance to the beach. We loved the screened in porch. Cons: weird lighting in the kitchen was so poor, it made cooking in the evening difficult; lights in the master bedroom didn’t work, gas fireplace keeping running even tho it was switched off. beds and pillows are not very comfortable at all. We enjoyed our stay but not sure I would book here again.

Enjoyed our stay

Recently we sold our place Near Ocean City, so this was our first experience renting in quite a while. From the moment we walked into the villa, we felt right at home. The unit was spotless and well-equipped. Check-in and check-out was easy-peasy. It sleeps four people comfortably. We didn’t use the sofa as a bed, so I can’t attest to its level of comfort. We would definitely rent this unit again. Just wish we could have brought our dog.
