  • Welcome to Turtle Paradisena, a beautiful five-bedroom, three-bathroom vacation home in Daytona Beach Shores. Just one block from the ocean and surrounded by water views on both sides, this newly built retreat combines modern design with plenty of space for up to 14 guests.

    The main floor offers an open-concept layout with a spacious living room, Smart TV, and comfortable seating for the whole group. The adjoining dining area flows into a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and all the essentials for preparing meals at home. A ground-floor queen bedroom and full bathroom provide convenient accommodations on the entry level.

    Upstairs, the primary suite features a king-size bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and a private en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. Great place and easy to get to the beach.Two things to plan. They did not have beach towels so bring your own. Also, get TP when you get food. We ran short.

The house was great I loved it. The only issue was a couple of the bed's sheets were not clean and the shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom had red stuff all over it.

Yes, the host was very welcoming to our group. The house was also perfect for our event team to come back and relax after a long day of work.

the house was lovely and spotless, and the kitchen was well-appointed with smart appliances, dishes, and cooking tools. We had a big group of people, a school group in Daytona for an archery tournament, and there was plenty of space for everyone - we never felt like we were on top of each other.The beach access was a short 5 minute walk, and we appreciated the wagon and chairs in the garage for us to haul stuff. We left a couple of boogie boards for the next group. :)Just 2 complaints that we tried to communicate / solve while we were in the house - but alas, one of those complaints is the lack of communication. While the portal with all the info we needed for the house was great, the personal contact during our stay was completely zero. We didn't have enough towels and toilet paper in the house for the number of people staying (which they knew because we have to put in the total guests when we make the booking; complaint number 2), and when we tried to contact the company about it for help, the only reply we received was a standard "we'll get back to you". And then they never did. thankfully we were able to figure out what we needed or buy it ourselves, but
