  • The Wellington Penthouse is a fully furnished three-bedroom rental located less than a block from shops, art galleries, entertainment, and restaurants in historic downtown Ocean Springs. It is within walking, biking, or golf-carting distance to beautiful Front Beach and a short drive over the bridge to Biloxi, home to world-class casino resorts.

    This rare find is located on the second floor of a beautiful first-class duplex. Wellington Penthouse has all the amenities you will need, and is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, longer vacations with the family, or just to explore Coastal Mississippi and immerse yourself in the unique culture and vibe of this wonderful community.

    Wellington Penthouse features a large open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartzite counters. The cabinets are filled with virtually everything you will need to prepare your meals on days you'd prefer to stay in the comforts of home, rather than eat out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot spots.

    You can relax on your outdoor balcony or lounge with friends and/or family in the comfortable living area with a large flat-screen smart TV.

    In the Master Bedroom, you will find a King bed and smart TV, and a private bathroom that features a large walk-in shower and roomy walk-in closet.

    There are two additional bedrooms with Queen beds, each with a smart TV, a shared full bathroom with a double sink vanity and combination tub/shower, and an additional half bathroom

    The property is equipped with high-speed wireless Internet for streaming and working at home.

    ***We prefer that children do not stay in this unit due to this property is the upstairs unit, and there is another rental Casa Callie below, and footsteps/running late at night can sometimes be loud for the guests below. If you have kids, please look to book Casa Callie***

    ***Small dogs only (25 lbs max) are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing a pet when making the reservation or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking. Dogs over 25 lbs without prior approval will incur a $250 unauthorized pet fee.***

    ***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home. There are no inside cameras.***

    At Wellington Penthouse, you’ll feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay, but if you can tear yourself away, you'll find yourself in the heart of the quaint historic town of Ocean Springs. It has numerous restaurants, museums, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, antique stores, and unique gift shops for you to enjoy. The famous Government Street is less than one block away.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean, comfortable, well kept and decorated straight out of HGTV. The host was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect, with cute shops nearby, excellent restaurants and best watering holes in walking distance. Everything made our trip relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

An absolute gem! We loved the Wellington House. Beautifully decorated, modern design, immaculate and well equipped. Great area, within walking distance to charming downtown Ocean Springs but far enough away to be peaceful at night. Chris was a great host, kept me updated throughout our stay. My sister was staying at a separate VRBO down the street and affectionately nicknamed the place the Taj Mahal of OS. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The penthouse was spacious, beautifully appointed, great master bathroom with nice towels, and in a great location within walking distance of downtown. The balcony was a nice amenity. Very easy check in & out with ample communication from the host. We will definitely stay there again.

Wish I could give this place 5 stars! I can't say enough about this property. Perfect location! Walked to everything, my car stayed parked the entire time. Beautiful property PLENTY of room and beautiful inside. Very clean! Excellent communication with owner. Kept us updated on everything we needed to know.

Ocean Springs

We were in Oceans Springs for a songwriters festival and this was the perfect location. It was within walking distance of most of the venues, restaurants, and plenty of shopping. The apartment was very clean and beautifully appointed. We enjoyed our stay very much.
