`Tiny Tide` is your cozy coastal retreat inside a charming cottage community in Ocean Springs
• Minutes from downtown restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, and Front Beach
• Relaxing covered porch perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after a beach day
• Peaceful location with easy access to town — plus a golf cart rental, for extra fun and convenience
• Near an active train line, many guests find it charming background ambiance, though light sleepers may want earplugs.
Tiny Tide was thoughtfully designed to relax, and feel effortlessly comfortable, the kind of place where you can slow down after a day exploring the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
This newly updated 2BR/1BA cottage features a bright and welcoming interior with modern finishes throughout, including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious walk-in tile shower. The home balances coastal charm with practical comfort, making it ideal for couples, small families, girls’ trips, or weekend getaways.
Guests especially love the peaceful cottage-style neighborhood while still being just minutes from the heart of Ocean Springs. Whether you’re grabbing brunch downtown, shopping local boutiques, visiting galleries, or heading to Front Beach, everything is conveniently close by.
One of the favorite guest perks is the golf cart (available for an additional fee) — making trips into downtown easy, fun, and part of the overall experience.
Please note that the home is located near a train line, and passing trains can occasionally be heard throughout the day and night.
Some guests find it nostalgic.
Some call it “music to their ears.”
And for light sleepers, it may simply be something worth knowing ahead of time (earplugs are never a bad idea!).

A Note from your Hosts:
Welcome to Tiny Tide!
This is Brett and Malarie, your SUPERHOSTS!!
We’re so glad you’re here.
Our journey began at a real estate seminar in Biloxi, MS in October 2019. Connected thereafter, engaged February 2022. And April 2022, we discovered our way to bring value to others through Short Term Rentals.
Hosting has become more than just a business for us. We take pride in the ways we carefully and consistently bring value to those we do business with--it`s how we sleep so good at night :) !!
Thoughtfully creating spaces where guests can relax, feel safe, and make meaningful memories. Knowing that people can gather, celebrate, and unwind in a place we’ve prepared with care is what makes this journey so rewarding.
Our hope is that during your stay you remain cozy, and happy to come stay again some time (AND tell your friends!!) ;)
Thank you for choosing to stay with us. It truly means a lot.
Bless you!
Brett & Malarie
