  • Less than a mile from the water, Sandy Toes is a beautiful, three-bedroom property near the white sands and beautiful sunsets of East Beach, as well as close to the heart of the historic downtown Ocean Springs shopping/restaurant district. 

    This charming home has three bedrooms, a full bathroom, and is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family. 

    Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, artistically decorated space with all the conveniences of home.

    Sandy Toes features a modern kitchen including a gas oven/stove, microwave, fridge, blender, and all the utensils you will need for preparing meals on days you rather stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot spots.

    The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen SmartTV and provides an extra place to sleep if needed. 

    In the Master Bedroom, you will find a King bed and Smart TV.

    There are two guest bedrooms, one with a Queen-size bed, the other with two twins. The property is also equipped with high-speed wireless Internet.

    There is a fenced-in backyard for those bringing furry friends and there is an outdoor seating area to relax and take in the Gulf Coast breezes. We also have a Weber Kettle grill, hammock, and outdoor seating to relax & enjoy the Gulf Breezes.

    ***Pets are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing a pet when making the reservation or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking***

    ***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home. There are no inside cameras.***

    While at Sandy Toes you will feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay, but if you can tear yourself away, you'll find yourself minutes away from the heart of the quaint historic town of Ocean Springs. It has many great restaurants, museums, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, antique stores, and unique gift shops for you to enjoy. If you enjoy tennis, there are public tennis courts an easy walk just down the street.

The house was just what we needed and on a very quiet street. The host was not only communicative but very quick with replies as well. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Ocean Springs.

Description and photos of property are accurately described. We travel with our fur baby and the fenced in yard is perfect for him to enjoy. The location is also a plus , I walk to the beach(1 mile )with our dog and feel completely safe.

This was a great property. Location was perfect. Nice back yard with patio furniture, sun shade, and fire pit. One in our party uses a walker and although we made due for the short time we were there, I would not consider it ADA accessible. I also do not think the listing said it was, therefore I still rated this 5 stars. The kitchen had every thing we needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat unless Grandma and her walker comes with us again.
