""SAND & SEA" -- (sleeps up to 12)

  • Sit in the spacious living room by the gas fired stove and enjoy the ocean waves while watching TV, or on a nice day enjoy the view from the deck. You can cook any meal in the large fully-furnished kitchen and dine with the family around the table. You will get a great night's sleep in one of the three bedrooms. On the lower level is a king master suite with bath and walk-in closet and sliding glass door to a lower deck. On this level is another bedroom with queen and full beds. There is a bathroom down the hall and a large family room with a large 55" screen TV. The upper level is the main living area with another large bedroom with reading area. This bedroom has a set of king and queen beds. The Sofa in the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa with gel foam mattress.

    There is a large paved parking lot that can double as a outdoor fenced play area with still a lot of room for cars. The backyard is a smaller rock landscaped area within the fenced area with access to the lower decks of eash unit. Beyond the fence you can walk a 250 yard path to the ocean beach (a little wet in the winter).

    There is a BBQ and a laundry facility for each unit. Quality bedding and towels are furnished for your ease.

    You are just 3 miles from the casino and 5 miles from down town Ocean Shores with all the fun vacation activities for you to enjoy. There you will find golf, bowling, horseback riding, miniature golf, fun center, camel rides, go-cart, bumper cars, shopping, restaurants and so much more.

    Just bring your food and toiletries and enjoy a couple days or weeks at the Washington Beach.

This is a great house for a family getaway! You can see and hear the ocean. The house is very clean and has everything you will need for your stay. This was our second time here and it did not disappoint!

A great place to have relaxing vacation.

This is a great place, and we all enjoyed our time. The cleanliness and the quality were outstanding, the property owner is very courteous and gentle. Definitely recommend the place for others.

Our stay was great until it wasn't. One of our cars was broken into sometime around 2:30 this morning. We were staying at this house for my dads 69th birthday and his favorite jacket was stolen. We will not be stay here again.The house was as advertised, big clean house with a great deck for watching the sunsets and plenty of beds for a large group

Family 4th getaway

This property had plenty of room for a big family and was the house was very clean. It was a quick drive down to the beach where we enjoyed a firework show.

2nd time in the past 2 years!

This is a great place for families! A short private walk directly to the beach (during summer) makes it super-convenient for all members of the family to access surf and sand. Loved it! We'll be back again!

Beach driving and Razor clamming

We had 6 adults and 2 teens starting here for the weekend during RazorClam Fest. Having 3 bedrooms, a sleeper sofa and 3 bathrooms was perfect. Plenty of space and ideal for having meals together. It was a short drive to the beach and from there it just got better and better. We would definitely come again.

Perfect for our large family!

This was our second time staying here and we are already looking forward to the next time! We have a large family and this home fits us perfectly! It provides large spaces to get together for meals and games and plenty of SUPER COMFY sleeping accommodations. It is a wonderful home! The only downside is a large amount of ants that seem to come in from the back door BUT you are staying at/near the ocean so some bugs should be expected.

A bear in the back yard

We took the whole family for a family trip .. we played corn hole, went to Astoria , walked on the beach and saw seals and deer and elk .. My only complaint was the beach wasn't accessible from the house .. You have to drive a 1/4 mile away but the house was great and clean ... Highly recommend Ocean Shores

Fantastic place! 5 Stars!

Entire family raved about the place. Location was quiet and secluded. Direct beach access! The place was absolutely spotless. It had everything we needed for a perfect 3 night stay. We couldn't have asked for more. Thanks to the owners for sharing it with us. We hope to return in coming years!

Wife’s birthday

The host was extremely accommodating. We needed to bring our rv to continue our trip after our stay with them. After messaging them to confirm it was ok and there was room the host responded quickly. The property is extremely well kept and clean. It’s a short walk or drive down to the beach from the house and a few miles down the road from the casino and Ocean Shores. Awesome trip and awesome place to stay.

Our stay included 4 adults and 2 children. The property is gated and fenced, including the large balcony area. IE I felt the balcony was safe for our children, ages 6 & 12. The front yard and driveway/parking area are behind the gates. The back yard extends almost to the beach with a fire pit and chairs. The fire pit is outside the gated area. The home is very comfortable and well stocked. Do not let the velvet couches fool you … they are clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the game room has lots of toys, games and videos.Bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and stocked with all the amenities, plenty of towels and toilet paper.The house needs a bit of work but remember this is the seaside and the salty air does accelerate rusting. The BBQ (which we did not use) probably needs replacing and a working lock installed on the upstairs sliding door. Minor issues.We enjoyed our stay and there is nothing that would prevent us from staying here again.Please note that large animals, including bears, are common in this area. Each evening we saw 2 black bears roaming the far edge of the lawn near the beach. They completely ignored us.I would give this home 9 stars out of 10. It would be a 10 after some minor repairs.
