This cabin is actually a mobile home and it's equipped with a full size kitchen including range, oven and fridge (on the porch off living room door - it was too big to fit into the fridge space and it was the way when we purchased the property. It was a bit rustic and we did our best to clean. We have used it a few items ourselves and promise it's safe to use despite the look).

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with brand new mattress and fresh bedding. Smaller secondary bedroom would be perfect for a kid or adult. There is a sofa bed in the living space that can be converted into a bed that sleeps 2 (perfect for kids - two adults might be tight). We have some window treatments, but not all windows are covered, so be aware that there will be natural lights in the living room.
We have free WIFI and plenty of parking on site.

If you expecting a 5 star experience, this place is not for you. This is just a place near the beach to crash and hopefully you will be spending most of the time outdoors. The price reflects the condition of the home. We do our best to clean it, but it's not refreshed/remodeled.
NO Pets allowed at this property as my kids are allergic to them. Please leave your furry friends at home.

The no-key check-in was intended to be slick and modern but it was a pain in the posterior for me. Also, nobody there for four days, but they responded on the phone quickly to a minor problem. The trailer was old and clunky, but well cared for and comfy. EVERYTHING provided--amazing.

ran down not taken care of very well ...my personal thought was Not protecting your investment Being a carpenter by trade I see alot of little things that could be done that would greatly improve the property and make it more profitable. It’s a functional place for sure. Knew it was run down and older going into it and didn’t mind at all. Great bang for your bucks if you have kids this place has two private bedrooms and a big futon in the living room. It’s a 3 minute drive to a great beach access with bathrooms and not even a 10 minute drive to ocean shores if you want. No dishwasher so I’d suggest bringing paper bowels and plates if you don’t wanna hand wash dishes. Property is massive and they had things to accommodate kids. Host communicated really well and left little snacks including bottled water which we really appreciated. The water has a strong taste so I’d recommend bottled water. Also the main bedroom had a pretty comfy memory foam bed and there is indeed a coffee pot. Thanks for the stay!

The location for us was perfect. Yes the place was rustic and basic, but you need to throw away those very uncomfortable orange couches and get a couple comfortable recliners. They were hard to sit on and impossible for an older person to get out of. Everything else was just fine.

Location is great. Not even 10 minutes out from ocean shores. Inside is cozy with great movie selection. Lacking in common needs (no can opener, mixing bowls, etc etc). Bath/ shower, and kitchen drawers/cupboards are dirty. Cups hanging and on counter has grease film. Had to wash everything before we used them.

Close to beaches

The location was exceptional short drive to Ocean Shores or up the road to Moclips and other beach opportunities. The unit was clean and orderly inside as described. The current external photo is not indicative of the current state of affairs on the exterior of the unit. Internet was spotty at best and since the TV is reliant solely on streaming to watch anything (tried to watch olympics but couldnt) it made it frustrating to watch the event. Contact was professional and timely and instructions were clear and consistent with use and need. For the price and proximity if you can get past the exterior shape and presence it is of good value for the area.

The process was simple. Timely responses from the host.. Clean inside. The outside needs work. The deck covering was sagging and needs to be fixed. Overgrown shrubs, weeds and lawn.

Just ok.

They list it for up to five people people however there were 3 towels in the bathroom and 3 rolls of half used toilet paper. One roll of paper towels. We had a max of 8 of us there. It worked great for sleeping. Some of the lights and plug ins didn't work. Hopefully they will do some repairs so we could try it again. The location was great only a 10min drive max to ocean shores.

this place was cozy and peaceful. everything inside works. only would like to see a light bulb in the washroom, for those of us arriving late, after a day of outing, and maybe a table to fold clothes... other than that small detail, it is worth the spot !!!!
