Ground Floor Pet Friendly Suite - Kitchen & Patio

Summary:

The Polynesian Resort Condominiums is a shared complex of 69 condos. Prior to 2026, the location operated as the Polynesian Resort Hotel, but it transitioned to being individually rented vacation condos as of April 1st, 2026. Even though all condos are in the Polynesian Rentals program, they are each a unique property with a different owner and listing.



The Space:

This one-bedroom suite, named "Shells Like Teen Spirit", offers a nod to Nirvana (did you know that Kurt Cobain used to work here?). Conveniently located on the ground floor, the unit sleeps up to six guests with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. There's a full kitchen with a dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave, full fridge, and a coffee pot with included coffee. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and essentials, making it easy to whip up a great meal during your stay.



Step outside on the patio and take in the fresh ocean breeze, or if it's a stormy coastal day, stay warm inside by the fireplace and watch your favorite shows and movies on TV. The condo has a full private bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, and toiletries included for your convenience.



This unit is pet-friendly, so you're welcome to bring your best furrends along. A standard pet fee applies, with a maximum of two pets allowed.



As a guest of Polynesian Rentals, you'll get access to the communal pool room with heated pool and hot tub, the Game Room on the 2nd floor with a rentable pool table and real arcade games, and an outdoor recreation area with a swing set, horse shoe pits, tetherball pole, and a picnic area with BBQs. The Polynesian Resort is also within easy walking and driving distance of our favorite Ocean Shores' breakfast, Our Place, and the beach!

Interaction with Guests:

We leave you free to enjoy your stay! It is self check-in and checkout. However, the front desk is staffed by our team from 10 AM to 7 PM daily and we employe some on-site maintenance and housekeeping during the day – please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. For urgent concerns after 7 PM, we employ an after hours phone service. They are trained to help with common questions and can contact staff if in-person assistance is needed. We do our best to make sure you have the freedom to enjoy the space on your own, but we have support available if you need it.
