Beautifully appointed home, ADA accessible and hot tub

Just Beachy is the perfect retreat for your next beach adventure. It is a spacious three bedroom, three bath home with open concept living spaces, and ADA access with ramp entrance. Spend time on the large covered deck in rain or shine, enjoy s’mores at the outside fire pit, or curl up with a good book by the indoor gas fireplace. The large hot tub is a guest favorite. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including kids’ dishes and a waffle maker.
Beds: queen beds in the main level bedroom and one upstairs bedroom, and a bunk bed with a trundle in the third bedroom upstairs. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. We also provide additional sleeping arrangements for friends and little ones – two folding sleeping pads and a pack n play.
Walk across the street to enjoy a delicious meal and craft cocktails at the Oyhut Bay Grill, shop for groceries and pick up a coffee at the Oyhut Bay Market and Bakery and stop by our other retail shops. Relax at Corks and Taps and enjoy an afternoon or evening drink and snack and be sure to check out the upcoming events at the event center. Free bike rentals and a fun family play area are right here at Oyhut Bay too.
Just Beachy is dog friendly - 2 dog limit.
Oyhut Bay Seaside Resort is built on the edge of the Oyhut Wildlife Recreation Area. The area offers miles of sea level hiking, kayaking, and the north jetty has spectacular waves to enjoy from afar.

Oyhut property MUST STAY!

This oyhut property is the BEST in oceanshores! We had 2 families (4 adults/3 kids) staying at this specific house and we knew another family that rented the Saushquash home across the street! It was awesome to have everyone walking distance. The house was one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed at with plenty of space and supplies for everyone in our group! Wendy was an amazing hostess - checked in with us multiple times via text and also confirmed with me when another adult, from our party, to check in. It’s nice to know it’s secure! The kiddos LOVED the park and activities that were provided (bouncey house and bikes). 10-10 would recommend for any family getaway!

Mid-Winter Break Getaway

We wanted a little, somewhat local (3.5 hr drive) getaway for mid winter break with our two young kids (2 and 5) and this was the PERFECT setup for us! We didn’t have the best weather, but that didn’t stop us from getting coffee at the little market in the community, playing on the playground, and enjoying the hot tub! The house was the perfect setup for a family, super clean, and the community was beautiful and great for kids. The rental staff was so helpful and very friendly, even hand-delivering batteries and extra dishwasher pods to our door! We loved that the beach at Damon Point was about 2 min away and if it was nice weather, we would have rented the bikes available to bike to the beach because it is so close and a very flat route. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this house for a few couples or a family with young kids!

Relaxing Getaway

We had an multigenerational family vacation to celebrate my grandson’s 19th birthday. The house comfortably accommodated all six of us! It was a plus to have 3 separate rooms and 3 full bathrooms. The house was clean, quiet, well equipped, and had a great location. We even had great weather! We needed an accessible house for my husband and it had the ramp, walk-in shower, and floor level bedroom that was needed. I was pleasantly surprised that it was as roomy as it was for the actual number of square feet! There were games, beach toys, a bbq, and, best of all, a hot tub! We were able to rent an electric bike for my youngest grandson at the office and the 19 year old enjoyed walking down to the beach. The bakery has delicious treats and the pizza at the restaurant was yummy too! It was a fun relaxing weekend for all! We drove and walked on the beach, flew kites, dug for clams, and enjoyed a bonfire and S’mores! Would definitely stay again.

Great for handicapped father

Not only was the house lovely but it was very accessible for my father and his walker. It was just the perfect size for our family reunion, the kitchen was very well stocked with all the appliances and gadgets that you might need. I'm pretty sure we will be back in the future.

Pleasant Stay

This property is very nice overall. It is located steps from the restaurant, shops, rental office, and activities like sand volleyball, bocce ball, horseshoes, and a playground. We had 4 adults, 2 kids, and an infant in our group and it was just big enough to handle us. We only had a couple minor hiccups (wi-fi and missing pack and play) that were quickly rectified by the rental office when mentioned. My only minor complaint was that the hot tub had a bunch of sand it in from previous renters. Otherwise everything else was great! The kitchen had plenty of everything we needed.

Great stay at Oyhut

The property was well stocked with everything you would need. From kitchen supplies, linens, as well as entertainment. The hot tub was an amazing bonus as well as the vicinity of the house to the center of the complex. Everything was just a short stroll away - very convenient! We also loved that every bedroom had it's own bathroom space.

Just Beachy

Our accommodation was very nice for our family of 5 adults. The lower bedroom and ramp were helpful for my elderly parent . The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you need for cooking. We enjoyed the outside seating with a fire pit and our walks to the beach. This house is very close to other houses so you don’t have privacy; however we enjoyed our stay.

It’s great!

This was a lovely property and we enjoyed our time there very much! The only fatal flaw is that the dishwasher was on the blink and that really did put a lot of work into the daily meals and that was not very restful. But the location and the house is lovely! The hot tub awesome (almost makes up for the dishwasher….)!

Family post-Covid(ish) reunion

Beautiful property in a very comfortable and welcoming seaside village setting. Definitely should have stayed more than 2 nights. Very complete kitchen where we cooked paella with my parents and also grilled some steaks on the grill. Would definitely return if visiting if the area again. Cafe and marketplace just yards away from the main entrance to the village makes this place even more convenient. Communal volleyball court and other outdoor games makes this a great group rental.

Super cute house! I stayed here with a few of my girlfriends and everything was perfect! The hot tub was luxurious and fit all of us no problem. Short walk to the beach was awesome! The market was really convenient as well. Definitely would stay here again!

Beautiful and comfortable house

My family enjoyed our stay here. We weren’t aware of the surrounding community until we arrived. It was great having a playground for my 2 and 5 year old to play in within walking distance. A lot of quiet road for my 5 year old to ride her bike. An easy 10 minute stroll for my in laws to walk to the beach. Overall we’d come back here in a heart beat!
