Ocean Isle Beach Condo 300 Steps from the Dunes with Pool Access.



An easy walk to the beach, this charming 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo in a well maintained complex is a perfect North Carolina beach getaway. The private bedroom includes a king size bed, closet, and internet TV. Down the hall you’ll find tucked away a set of bunk beds perfect for all kids or teenagers. This unit sleeps up to 6 including a queen sleeper sofa.



Feel free to use our beach gear including chairs, umbrella, and wagon while spending the entire day at the beach. As soon as you had enough of the sand, come back and enjoy some time at the complex pool.



Once inside the unit, our large living area is the perfect place to binge watch Netflix, play cards, monopoly, or just relax on the sofa. Enjoy cooking dinner in the fully furnished kitchen and eat at our bar, indoor table or enjoy the evening shade at our table on the deck. The outdoor space is also a great place to enjoy your favorite adult beverage or kids drink while the sun sets.

This well maintained condominium complex is perfectly located in between the ocean and the sound. Perfect for the beach bums or for the angler!



Within walking distance from the Isles Restaurant and Tiki Bar, and a quick drive to many places to eat, shop, play mini golf, or Get ice cream



The island is great for bike rides or it’s a quick drive to the middle of the island where you can find putt putt, ice cream, and plenty to eat



We ask guests to sign a rental agreement to ensure our house policies are known.

Relaxing Beach Get Away

Wonderful property that had all the comforts of home. Loved all the beach decor. The beach was a very close walk and the pool was very nicely kept. Everything you needed was found at this property. We had such a restful and fun time on this beach vacation. Probably our favorite trip to ocean isle yet. Craig was very responsive to any questions I had. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Happiness comes in Waves

Quiet & Cozy

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was quiet and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook several meals with ease. My only suggestion would be a deep clean of the kitchen cabinets. The pool area is really nice & my kids enjoyed splashing around after a day at the beach. The use of the wagon & chairs was also appreciated! We would stay here again.

Perfect for Us

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. It was very quiet, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed in the bathroom and kitchen. I liked the option of bringing my own towels/sheets or using theirs. We got in the pool, we chatted with nice neighbors, and it was conveniently located in Ocean Isle with ample parking.

Visiting during Hurricane Ian

Well what an adventure we had! Property was great! Everything we needed was in the condo. Hurricane Ian did get us but did not mess up our family time. Condo felt safe during the storm… maybe a little extra water in the parking lot and road in 😳 but nothing we could not ware through! Property manager was great and even let us shift our reservation around. I would recommend this condo again to friends and family.

Perfect beach condo !

Me and two other family members stayed here as it was close to a big house where the rest of my family was staying. It was PERFECT because it was such a quick walk to the other house and the beach, clean, and well accommodated with most all the essentials you need for your stay. Craig was a great host and quick to respond to communications. Highly recommend !

Cozy stop for a short stay

Our family really enjoyed our time here! It was cleaner than a lot of beach hotels and condos I've stayed but I would say I could use an end of season deep clean. A little restocking of the kitchen would go a long way. I found it a bit frustrating that the thermostat was locked and wouldn't go below 70. It was also really tough to get all the sheets/towels washed and folded before checkout time as indicated by the closing instructions. Overall good experience!

Home Away From Home

Craig's condo provided everything my husband and I needed to make our stay at Ocean Isle Beach feel like a home away from home. The condo was clean, well maintained, and as advertised. Perfect for small family

When it says close to the beach, it means c-l-o-s-e!

We loved this condo as soon as we stepped foot inside. It's beautifully decorated, has every comfort of home (down to the cozy throw blankets), and Craig didn't miss a single amenity. In past condos, I needed to go out and grab dish soap, paper towels, coffee filters, etc. but he had all that there already - even a first aid kit! And the hooks....oh how we appreciated all the hooks! Not having to figure out where to hang everyone's damp towels and swim suits was a mama's dream! I worried how long the walk to the beach would be in reality. We have two small kids, one with a developmental disability, so we brought our wagon, just in case they got too tired walking to or from the beach. However, we didn't need it except to carry the beach equipment. It was THAT close! I've stayed in beachfront condos before who were further away from the water than this. This complex is right across the street from Public Beach Access so you leave the parking lot, cross the small street, and you're there! The complex was quiet. The neighbors were friendly. There wasn't a lot of traffic coming and going. This unit is on the 3rd floor but the stairs were really no trouble. It helped that we could leave our wagon in the convenient storage closet that's located on the parking level. Speaking of which, we felt pampered having beach chairs and an umbrella at our disposal! If the kids hadn't been with us, we would have take the bikes out for a spin as well.....there are 4 included! I was impressed with Craig's frequent emails about check in and his thorough directions. He was very attentive to any questions we had and replied quickly. This was altogether wonderful experience for our family!
