The top floor has one King bedroom and one Queen bedroom while the 2nd floor has one King, one Queen, and a bunk-bed room featuring 3 twin over twin bunk-beds. With five bathrooms, including two convenient half baths, everyone will have ample space to unwind and refresh after a day of beach activities.



Step inside to discover a bright and airy living area, perfect for gathering with loved ones. The game room is a highlight, featuring entertainment options like foosball and shuffleboard that will keep everyone engaged. Before You Arrive

We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible. After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible.



The pool is open year-round.



October 1st - March 31st : The pool is not heated by default. If you would like the pool heated during your stay, we can attempt to heat it for an additional $150 per day for the entire length of your reservation. As with all pool heating, water temperatures cannot be guaranteed due to weather and outdoor temperature conditions. 



The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc. are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.



ELEVATOR

We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook at the home). User error will result in a $100 service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator without an adult. Use at your own risk.
