This bright and beautifully updated second-row home offers plenty of space and comfort, with four bedrooms, three remodeled bathrooms, and room to sleep up to 14 guests on brand-new, ultra-comfy mattresses.

Whether you're planning a family vacation or a friends’ retreat, this home is designed to bring everyone together. Downstairs, you'll find two spacious bedrooms—one with two queen beds and another with two full-size beds—perfect for larger families or kids. Upstairs, unwind in the luxurious master suite with a king bed, sleeper sofa, private bathroom, and partial ocean views. Another upstairs bedroom features a queen and twin bed, plus its own private bath for added convenience and privacy.

The open-concept kitchen and dining area make gathering easy and fun. Share meals around a large table that seats 10, with four extra seats at the island. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials—and then some. You'll find brand-new stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffeemakers, blender, toaster, food processor, and even a waffle maker for lazy morning brunches.

Start your mornings with coffee on the sundeck and partial ocean views, or kick back in the breezy screened-in porch after a long beach day. Guests also have access to the sparkling Summer Place community pool, just a short stroll away. Other thoughtful touches include a washer and dryer, central heat and air, ceiling fans in every room, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, and four Smart TVs for movie nights or catching the game. An outdoor enclosed shower makes rinsing off the sand a breeze.

The Shore Catch is available for shorter getaways (minimum three nights) before May 23 and after September 26, and weekly only during peak summer season. You’ll receive a personal keyless entry code on the day of check-in, making arrival smooth and hassle-free.
*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes VRBO’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
