Welcome to Alternative Wave, nestled along the pristine shores of Ocean Isle Beach, “Alternative Wave” is suited with 6-bedrooms, 6-bathrooms, that epitomizes coastal living at its finest. Boasting a contemporary and spacious design, the residence offers breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean from almost every room.
Step inside, and you'll be greeted by a bright and airy open-concept living space and kitchen/dining area seamlessly blending the indoors with the beauty of the outdoors. The living room features expansive windows that invite an abundance of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Step into the kitchen where it is fully stocked for creating meals with your family.
The six well-appointed bedrooms provide a private retreat, sleeping 20 people, all bedrooms have a bathroom for added comfort and convenience. Wake up to the sound of gentle waves and enjoy unparalleled ocean views from the comfort of your own bed.
On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom has 2 queen beds and a smart TV. The first bathroom is a tub/shower combo and can be accessed by the hallway. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds, smart TV, and attached bathroom tub/shower combo. On the first floor you will also find the washer and dryer stack unit.
On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. The third bedroom has a king bed with an attached bathroom tub/shower combo The fourth bedroom is equipped with a king bed, smart TV and attached bathroom with a tub and walk in shower. The fifth bedroom has 2 queen beds, and attached bathroom tub/shower combo. The sixth bedroom has 2 queen beds, with an attached bathroom tub/shower combo.

Great family vacation

Great house for family vacation. Living and dining area accommodated all 14 of us. A short walk over the dunes to the ocean where there were two logger head turtle nests. Both hatched while we were there. So exciting! Nice size pool with a very large pool deck and lots of seating and lounge chairs. The whole family was complimentary of the house and location, and would rent here again.

Great location, good house layout, excellent pool. House needs some TLC - kitchen drawers falling out, dishwasher not anchored, screws on deck coming out. Also there seems to be a mouse and cockroach issue.

Perfect for Large Family

Alternatives Wave is a great family beach house. We had 8 adults and 6 children and the house accommodated our group perfectly. Everyone enjoyed the large oceanfront deck with pool and ocean breezes.

Lovely family friendly home

The house was well equipped and set up well for a large family vacation. The deck snd pool are perfect for everyone to be able to hang out and enjoy after the beach and the pool is in the sun all day which is perfect for our June vacations. The only slightly downside is the beach access is right next to the house so the beach gets a little crowded on weekends. The owners were very reactive to any issues.
