Ocean Front Property - Steps to the Beach with Spring specials

Fall SPECIALS! Ocean FRONT cottage with plenty of beach to play! On the East end of the island, where you have the beach to yourself! Sleeps up to 15 in this 4 bedrooms and 2 baths home. Expansive vaulted ceilings make this open concept living room, dining area and kitchen feel bright and beachy. New furniture in the living room with flat panel television and DVD player. Brand new laminate flooring throughout, ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. Expansive oceanfront decking, 30 foot by 40 foot with a covered porch for shade. 14 steps to the sand!!!! All bedrooms have flat screen televisions, 1 DVD player, wireless internet access, outside shower, washer/dryer, gas grill. Central Air. Non-smoking, dogs allowed with proper consent from owner.
Linens and towels are not provided, please reach out to the owner for local rental companies.

Sleeps 15. Bedding: King, Queen and Single/Single bunk, Single w/Single trundle, Double and Double/Single bunk and Queen air mattress. The house accommodates multiple families because of the layout that divides the bedrooms. Check availability for LAST MINUTE SPECIALS!

Note: 2 of the 15 count for sleeping arrangements includes a deluxe queen air mattress in the living room.

DISCLOSURE: There is a security camera at the entrance door of the home.

This is a fun house right on the beach with lots of cute decor and character! Great view and well furnished. Kitchen had everything you need! Host was super responsive!

The house is right on the beach ! It has a fully equipped kitchen. Master bedroom has great views. All beds were comfortable. Stacie is a great host - very responsive and super helpful. We had adult child and grandkids and everyone had a great stay.

House was great! The back deck was amazing - literally felt like you were sitting on the beach with out leaving the deck! Kitchen was very well stocked. Stacie was very responsive and even checked on us while we had to shelter in place for inclement weather. Just don't forget to arrange for towel/linen rental, which Stacie made very clear. Highly recommend this property and we look forward to a future stay!

Perfect location right on the beach. We enjoyed the ocean views from the deck and easy access to the sand steps from the house. Communication was excellent and check in was a breeze. The house matched the description and pictures perfectly. Would definitely stay again!

Great for Young families

We had a great time at this property! Great for young families, right on the beach. Easy in and out washing sand off littles in the outdoor shower and hose! Plenty of beds and room configurations for many types / sizes / ages of families! Deck is large and great for hanging out in between beach stents. Heads up there is a linen rental fee that's extra!

Beach life

We had a wonderful stay. The beach was awesome (we were blessed with a great weather) the property is literally at the beach, its not as crowded (perfect for relaxing) the house is clean, the kids got the chance to see the turtles hatch a few mins walk from the property, the host Stacie is very responsive and friendly, the house has all the tools (kitchenware , beach chairs,sandtoys), and our labradoodle enjoyed hanging out on the huge front deck watching people at the beach. Thank you for a wonderful week. Definitely will recommend this place.

Family trip

Great location, enjoyed being able to walk right out on the beach and to have our small dog with us. Great porch. My husband and I brought our son, 3 of his friends, and my nephew and a friend, all college students. Good layout for this size and age group. Owner was responsive and property was as advertised.

Great property

Sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings, feeling the breeze of the ocean and listening to and watching the waves was perfect. The location of the house could not have been better and the photos of the listing were accurate. The property manager was very kind and responsive. We had a great time and would stay here again for sure.

We had a great time at Stacie's place. There's enough room for a nice sized family to stay and plenty of accommodations to keep everyone of all ages busy. Was very happy to be able to walk from the deck right onto the beach. A very peaceful area to have a relaxing stay

Amazing!!

This was by far the best vacation we have ever taken! The property was lovely, the host was kind and very responsive when messaging and the absolute best part was the location!!!! This house is literally on the beach and the back deck is just perfect for sitting and relaxing by the water. We have older kids and they could just go down to the sand and play all day while we sat on the deck and watched. Plus the outdoor shower is so convenient!! 5/5 stars isn’t enough. I give it 10/10!!

**Nightmare Experience **

The location on the beach was perfect and the property was decent. Very comfortable for larger people. The downside of the property is it smelled of cigarettes and the toilets were tiny. However, this was not the worst of it. Our experience with the host was a nightmare. The host texted me that the property would be ready by 3:30. One from our group arrived at 3:22 and was waiting in her car for the others to arrive. The host arrived shortly after and invited her in. She rushed around to finish getting the property ready. The others arrived at 3:30 and offered to help her where possible. She finished up and left. Shortly after she started harassing me with text messages. The host continued throughout the weekend to harass me over text and even contacted VRBO to have our reservation canceled. I have never had anyone personally attack me as this woman did. She told me she would be watching us, and she did. We noticed her sitting on the beach with someone else facing the house the several hours throughout the afternoon. She remained after one from our group waved at them. She had taken pictures of us from the group while we were using the property. The host’s actions were rude, aggressive, and outright hostile toward us. I ended up spending hours between texts and phone calls dealing with the host and VRBO seeking resolution. I will certainly not rent any properties from this host in the future. I plan to issue a complaint with VRB

Two steps to the beach

Wonderful location being steps to the beach with wonderful sunrise views. The check in and out processes were smooth. The previous tenants lied to the owner and had a smoker so the house had that smoker smell coming in but improved after opening the windows. The owner was very kind and willing to compensate for any inconveniences. Would definitely stay here again! Our kids loved it!

Precious family time!

We had a wonderful time staying here! You can’t improve on the location - ocean front with a big deck that had both shade and sun at all times. The deck was one of our favorite spots for visiting and relaxing. Perfect for watching the fun on the beach while holding my grand baby. And what a beautiful beach it is! The house was a perfect size and layout for us. The four bedrooms are around the perimeter with a big, open kitchen, dining room and living room in the middle where we could all be together without being on top of each other. Cooking in this kitchen was enjoyable since it was roomy and well-supplied with everything you could need. We had couples, single adults and children, and the house worked for everybody. We were there at the end of July - busy time - but the beach was still peaceful and family friendly. Stacie is a wonderful host. She answered all my questions promptly and was generous and welcoming. We cannot wait to come back!
