Ocean Isle Beach, The Islander Villas. Linens and towels for 10 are included in the rental price. In addition, all beds will be made prior to your arrival. Hope this new feature will make your vacation more enjoyable and stress free.

New King mattress in 2024. The main living area plus a bedroom & bath have Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) floors. In addition, we purchased comfy family room furniture. New comforters have been added to the bedrooms. Finally, it was time to purchase a new A/C unit. Hope you enjoy the upgrades to our home away from home. We always get comments about our well stocked kitchen!

We invite you to stay in our beautiful condo within the Islander Resort on the exclusive West End of Ocean Isle Beach. It is attractively decorated with comfortable furniture and bedding and is within short walking distance to the beach, tennis courts, basketball courts, the Isles Beach Club with ocean front pool, and the Le Volte Oceanfront Dining & Venue Restaurant. Amenities include 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms (2 tubs and 2 shower stalls), 9-foot ceilings and LVP & ceramic tile floors throughout, digital cable, wireless Internet, flat screen TV with USB port, a DVD player, and a stereo with a CD player in the family room, Samsung Wireless Smart TV's in each bedroom. The villa also includes a large dining table with 8 chairs plus breakfast bar with 4 bar stools, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, wet bar, top of the line appliances. Other amenities include: washer/dryer, central air, ceiling fans, whirlpool tub in master bath, elevator access, and parking for 4 cars.

Bedrooms (Sleeps 10): Master bedroom: 1K; Bedroom 2: 2Q; Bedroom 3: 1Q; Bedroom 4: 1Q.

This is a non-smoking, pet-free home. Minimum 7 nights stay from 6/14/25 to 8/8/25.

Wonderful Condo

This was our second time staying here and throughly enjoyed again. Great location with easy access to the beach and Isle Beach Club. We did have an issue with the A/C going out during our stay but Bob jumped right on it and it was fixed very quickly.

Long Weekend

Great condo with plenty of room.

Our stay was awesome. Plenty of room for everyone to visit and eat. Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked most of our meals at the condo. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom great for when you want a nap or some privacy. Easy access to the beach. I would definitely stay again.

Great short vacay

Great condo with plenty of space. Check in process was simple, property owners are very prompt returning messages. Jetted tub in master suite is a nice touch! The only issue we had was with the Isles oceanfront pool. The pool was supposed to be open till end of sept, but take note if they have a wedding at any point during your stay it will be closed. I had my little kids at the pool the first day and we were asked to leave, while waiting for my kids to get dried off, we were told basically to leave immediately. The lady was extremely hateful about the situation. Hated it for my kids but luckily we found an alternative for a pool the rest of the weekend.

Wonderful OIB Condo

Bob & Shelia's condo was perfect for our family of 6 and was exactly as described. We loved that they provided bed linens as well as towels which isn't common for the area. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, something we cant say about other places we've stayed in the past. We loved having access to the Isle Club and used the pool everyday after being at the beach. Our family has been coming to OIB every year for 30+ years and we have already booked their condo for next year!

Very nice condo.

Enjoyed our stay. It was a little far to the pool and beach but the area is quiet and clean. The condo was nice. Only concern was hearing the toilet flush from the upper condos in master bedroom.

Awesome place. Description is accurate, Very clean, loved the balcony for coffee in the morning and wind down time in the evening… we would definitely stay again… had everything we needed to cook meals instead of having to eat out… great trip!!!

Slide of Paradise in OIB

The property was exactly as described and even more! My friends and I were in town for a celebration of life and we were able to very comfortably fit 7 of us without an issue. It was a real nice touch to have all of the linens and towels taken care of while we bought our paper products and soaps on our own. It was definitely still in the off season in the area so it was very serene and peaceful. It had everything we could have asked for in a near beach side location. Thanks to Bob and Sheila for providing great instructions on what to expect with check-in and out as well as providing options of what to do in OIB!

Wonderful condo

Excellent location. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. Amazing layout for 3 college kiddos and 1 high schooler. Lots of parking. Beautiful, peaceful porch for morning coffee.

Perfect place for our family

Spotless, comfy & very attractive decor. Loved, loved, loved having 4 bathrooms with teens in tow. Kitchen was stocked with pots & pans large enough for prepping meals for 10 people. Cabinets were labeled so we could keep utensils, dishes, etc organized. We hate to go out to eat and stand in line for hrs. and greatly enjoyed the convenience and economy of eating in. Short walk to beach club pool & beach. Hated to leave. Hope to return. Thanks to the O’Donnells for a wonderful beach trip.

Extremely underrated little piece of paradise

Amazing property almost on the beach (5 minutes walk)! The pictures do not give justice to how spacious this condo is. Enough place for our three generational family to each have their room and full bathroom. Very easy arrival, the owners are easy to reach. Highly recommended!

OIB never disappoints

Condo is comfortable and close to the beach. Easy access to the pool. We had fun feeding the turtles across the way. We love coming to OIB and the condo was a nice place for us to be.

Spacious, Organized and great location!

This condo was more spacious than expected and at a great location, just a short walk to the closest public beach access. The kitchen was the most organized than any other, from our past 13 years of visits to OIB. The labeled shelves in the kitchen cabinets made using and then washing and returning everything to its correct spot, easy and helped to keep the organization for the next guest. I would recommend staying here!

Honest review of a beautiful condo.

I am rating this condo 5 stars because everything was absolutely perfect except for the master bed, so I don’t want them to lose a star because that is an easy fix which would then make the condo absolutely perfect. The mattress is terribly uncomfortable and sinks in the middle. Our backs ached each morning when we woke up. Other than that issue, everything else was perfect. I have OCD about cleanliness and this condo scored very well for me. The new furniture in the living room was very comfortable and roomy. The colors and decor classy. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare meals. The check in and out process was super easy. My family enjoyed a wonderful vacation here and if they get a new mattress in the master bedroom, we will definitely return! We have stayed in other condos in the Islander Villas, and this was the nicest! You can really tell that the owners take pride in their vacation home.

Condo and complex

Perfect location and amenities in this condo. We had a really nice vacation here and would rent the same condo again. Nice deck looking over the Lagoon! It was clean and kitchen was very well appointed and organized. The bedding could be updated but otherwise perfect! Thank you!

Great condo!

We loved the condo! It was nice and clean and had everything we needed for our family. The size and lay out was perfect for us! We loved sitting on deck and the pond view was very nice. Great location! The only thing that was a little tricky was the parking; the bays are a little tight and we had to keep moving vehicles around. But we loved the property and it’s close to the beach and not far from the pool! The owners were great with communications and the checking in process was great! We would definitely stay here again!!
