Nueva lista en Islander Villa Community en Ocean Isle Beach, NC con vista al mar completa. Somos una villa de la segunda fila sin ninguna unidad construida frente a nosotros en la primera fila, lo que le brinda una vista perfecta del Océano Atlántico y las dunas. Somos un edificio más allá de la piscina e Islander Clubhouse y tenemos una gran terraza cubierta con cómodos asientos para que puedas disfrutar de tu café de la mañana mientras escuchas las olas del océano o un almuerzo tranquilo mientras un barco camaronero navega.

Mantenemos un asiento elevador portátil y un paquete portátil para los viajeros más pequeños.

Ropa de cama y toallas están incluidas en cada alquiler, pero por favor traiga su propia toalla de playa y sábana de cuna si es necesario.

Hay estacionamiento disponible para hasta 4 vehículos y somos el condominio del primer piso con solo un tramo de escaleras rápido o un breve ascenso en ascensor desde el nivel del estacionamiento. Las sillas de playa y los juguetes de arena se pueden guardar en el cuarto de almacenamiento marcado con una A en el nivel de estacionamiento. ¡Siéntase libre de usar las que otros dejaron!

Great place!

We chose this condo because of the proximity to friends' places in the same complex, and it was perfect for our family of four (with a few kid sleepovers too!) We loved the location - not far from the beach and steps to the pool! The unit itself was very clean and had everything we needed - beds were comfy, kitchen stocked, etc. We had a wonderful LDW which was capped off by a sea turtle hatching on our last night. Sweetest memories! Will definitely be back.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The condo is spacious and was spotless. The covered front porch is amazing and I would have slept out there but the beds were super comfortable. The beach is a two minute walk to either beach access. The Isles Club is such a great perk as the pool is huge and you can have drinks from the bar while your kids play! Fantastic rental, would rent again. Only gripes were that there was no toilet paper in the condo and we have to go buy some and the remot to the TV in the Living Room did not work so we could not get the Roku working.

Perfect family vacation rental.

We had a great time in the spacious and clean unit. Loved the covered Oceanside porch. We had plenty of room and the unit was clean. The proximity to the beach access was great. We enjoyed the Beach Club and pool.

First Family Beach Vacation

This property was perfect for our family of 9. The description could not have been more accurate. It was an easy walk to the pool where we also used the beach access. The kitchen was fully equipped. We ate in the majority of the week and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The porch with the ocean view was perfect for our early rising 2 year old while the teens slept in. Any questions I had were answered quickly by the host. We will definitely be back!

The deck is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean. The deck furniture is comfortable and I love the swing. My elderly Mom and Dad could sit there easily and take in the view and enjoy the breeze and salt air. We will be back!

Comfort with a view

This was our second stay here for our family. Love the open living area and the deck, quite comfortable and beautifully furnished. Kitchen is well stocked and the four baths makes for quick clean up for our family of ten after active days. Short walk to beach and amazing pool. Kelly has been very helpful. Really appreciate her help and the info provided that made our arrival and stay so easy and fun.

It’s a wonderful life

Great place to stay. Very clean and short walk to the beach. LOVE the deck swing..great spot for a glass of wine at night with the sound of the ocean and breeze. Communication with the owners from the beginning was excellent and very responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely rent from them again. 5 stars ⭐️ So sad to be leaving. Love Ocean Isle!

Summer Vacation

This property is in a great location to the beach and pool. The condo is a good side and quite comfortable. The supplies are plenty for cooking and meals. Good place and owner , I would recommend it to others.

Family Vacay

This condo was the perfect location for accessing the pool as well as the beach. The cleared lot across the street gives a great ocean view from the shaded porch. Our family of 6 had plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked with all that we needed for preparing meals. Kelly was quick to respond to all of our questions and a pleasure to work with. We will absolutely be booking another stay at "It's A Wonderful Life"!!

Great Condo - Short walk to beach.

This condo was very clean and nicely furnished. The elevator made it easy for us to get my 93 year old mother in and out of the house and out onto the back porch for an ocean view. She had her own bedroom and private bath that included a built in shower bench. The ocean porch had seating and two small tables that we used for our breakfasts. The porch also had a nice double swing chair and a lounge chair with cushions. House had a portable charcoal grill which we used out on the grass for some of our family dinners. We had extended family, so we rented two condos, and the proximity of the condos within the complex made it easy for everyone to get together while giving everyone the space we needed. The short (< 5 min) walk to the beach was perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo by the beach!

This place was everything we expected and did not disappoint. The view was so nice off the back deck and it hardly gets any sun during the day. It was a favorite spot of ours! The beds were comfy and the furnishings and decor throughout were nice. The kitchen was by far the best appointed kitchen I have seen with extras like a crockpot, muffin tins and cake pans along with a lot of other items. Access to the beach was so close and felt very safe letting our older teenagers go to the beach on their own. The pool was nice and the tiki bar too but wish the hot tub would have been hot but that is part of Islander Resort so they must have had issues going on. A helpful tip to anyone that hasn’t been to Ocean Isle before there is only one way onto the island so Sat evening the traffic is horrible because the police have to direct it around the roundabouts. It took us 50 min to go 3 miles (we arrived around 5). Suggest arriving early and taking advantage of the pool passes or beach until the house is ready. The owners were awesome and Kelly was quick to respond to any questions I had. Would definitely stay again!

Spectacular Family Fun in the Sun

The property is comfortable, clean and beautiful. Absolutely loved relaxing on the deck (as nicely furnished as inside, comfortable seating for all nine of us and a great view of the ocean). Just a short and easy walk to beach and oceanfront pool. Already booked another stay. Property owners have been awesome!

Great view, great location

This was my first time at Ocean Isle Beach and it was quaint and beautiful. The location of this property is perfect — gorgeous views from the back porch with comfortable outdoor furniture where you would want to spend most of your time. Short, easy walk to the beach. I enjoyed the condo for a girls getaway weekend but it would also be great for a family. Spacious open floor plan for us to enjoy hanging out. The communication with the property management team was wonderful. Not only did they offer frequent and fast communication but also were caring and helped us celebrate a birthday. Already trying to plan a trip back!

Perfect

Have never rented sight unseen before and was leary. 3 couples, we were coming down from NJ for a wedding and it was up to me to find a place. It turns out I picked prefectly. We were 6 houses from the wedding. Nicely appointed and plenty of room. Fabulous deck with an awesome view of the ocean. All of said we’d stay here again. Family mini mini reunion!

Nice clean surprisingly large condo! Crisp clean linens. Elevator accessible. Kitchen well stocked with dishes/plates/glasses. Has a small wet bar as well which can be put to good use depending on the party :) Deck has a nice unobstructed view of the ocean above the dunes. Access to the beach is right around the corner. Description on VRBO is true to IRL! My party included my parents (82/72 yrs old) and one bathroom tub was low enough for my father to use comfortably, plus all showers have a seat in the other bathrooms.

Beautiful Condo - Great Location!

We've stayed at many condos in the Islander Villa community in the past, and this one by far is our favorite!! The unit is beautiful, well-stocked, and the beds are so comfortable! The views are breathtaking. I enjoyed every morning sitting on the porch in the sun, stretched out in the lounge chair, drinking my coffee and listening to the waves crashing. Very short walk to the beach. Owner is very nice and is great at communication. She was super accommodating when we accidentally left something in the condo and had to go back in after check out time to get it! Loved this property and will definitely be back!!! Thanks for a wonderful vacation at It's a Wonderful Life!
