CASA CANAL 2017 RECIENTEMENTE RENOVADA ¡SOLO 2 BLOQUES A DISTANCIA A PIE DE LA PLAYA!

Ven a disfrutar y relajarte en la hermosa playa de Ocean Isle. Hermosa casa recientemente renovada en 2017 canal. Vista al mar desde la terraza del segundo piso. A solo 2 cuadras de la playa, la casa está en una calle de acceso a la playa. Muelle privado para su embarcación. Esta casa tiene 4 dormitorios y 2 baños, ambos estilo jack y jill, 2 arriba y 2 abajo. Cada una de las cuatro habitaciones tiene una cama queen con colchones nuevos, una de estas reinas es un genio. También hay un rincón para niños directamente fuera de una de las habitaciones que tiene 2 camas individuales. Mesa de comedor con capacidad para 9 con espacio para 3 más en el bar. Áreas de sala y comedor abiertas para que tenga mucho espacio. La casa tiene grandes terrazas en la parte delantera y trasera. Las cubiertas traseras dan al canal. También hay terrazas en las 2 habitaciones de arriba. Cercado en el patio trasero. Tableros de Corn Hole con bolsas, muchos juegos para que los niños disfruten. Todo en esta casa es completamente nuevo. Alfombra nueva en las habitaciones, baldosas en todo el resto. Nuevas encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. ¡Debes ver esta casa para apreciarla!

We had a wonderful experience. The property was perfect with updates, dock on cannal for fishing, swimming and kayaking. The yard was great for our pups and for grilling and cornhole. The house is just 2 blocks from the beach. Patty is a joy and the property manager was very helpful when I had a question.

This home was perfect for my family. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. We had an issue with the upstairs AC mid-week, but it was promptly fixed within one hour. Easy walk to the public beach access. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back next year!

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was perfect. We met several inviting neighbors and also folks down the street from our hometown. It was great! Hope to stay here again next year on the 4th.

Great time

This house was very roomy and great layout for our family. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need if you wish to cook in. Clean and up to date. The location was perfect. We loved setting on the back porch over looking the canal. Only a very short walk to the public access with a nice board walk to the beach. The owner was very accommodating and responsive. Great neighborhood and an amazing house.

Wedding Weekend

First impression was extremely positive. Beautiful decor, cleanliness, just a welcoming experience.Our stay was good. There was plenty of cookware to meet all of our needs.A couple of issues were noted with the outer doors:On the street side at main entrance, the front door handle was loose, preventing the door from shutting and sealing completely. The wind had apparently caught the door, blowing it open and bending the upper rod. We did have the appropriate allen wrench and were able to tighten the handle.Also the outer door to the balcony on the upper floor did not seal well, allowing the rain to drip onto the inner door and dampen the carpet slightly.The garbage disposal made an horrific noise when we turned it on so we did not use it.I would still recommend this property to other Vrbo users without any qualifications.Thank you for allowing us to stay here.

Peaceful & Enjoyable Experience

While this property may have some age, and shows a bit of weathering, the home couldn't have been more inviting & comfortable. The layout was great, the home was clean, and we found everything needed to have a peaceful week. Our property manager responded promptly before our trip & when we arrived. And as the street aligned perfectly with a public beach access point, we were only 5 minutes from the beach. We definitely recommend the home to other families looking for a comfortable & convenient place to stay at Ocean Isle.

Nice beach getaway

Property is nice for the beach. Location was excellent. Place was clean definitely met our needs. It was a little different having to provide our own linens, meanwhile still paying the same cleaning fee we would elsewhere, but was not enough of a deterrent for us to pick another place. We would stay here again.

Great 1st stay with a pup

This was a great location and worked out really well if traveling with a pup for the 1st time in Ocean Isle. The fenced in back yard was ideal and was so close to beach access which was great for evening walks on the beach. The beach house was clean, beds comfortable and enjoyed the Keurig in the kitchen and clothes line on the back porch.

Wonderful

Great house in an excellent location. The beauty of the canal at night is stunning. The front upper deck allows a peak at the ocean. Love the outdoor shower and easy beach access. Bring your own sheets and towels. The owner is great to work with!

Needs attention

We were very disappointed by the cleanliness and quality of the home. When we read the description and the reviews we were very hopeful. However upon arrival we were totally shocked that anyone would rate this home highly. The check in was late because the cleaning crew was behind. The owner did refund our cleaning fee. The cleaning lady had to come back to remove sand and she showed up in a bikini. There was black mold and mildew throughout the showers. The furniture had stains everywhere. The kitchen cabinets were old and wouldn’t even shut. The garbage disposal wouldn’t work. The the dock was falling in but the maintenance crew came out to repair it to be safe mid week. Two mornings we found roaches in the floor. The grass hadn’t been cut in a couple weeks and all the trash cans were full and hadn’t been emptied. Needless to say we won’t stay there again.

Great location all the way around

We really enjoyed our stay. The dock on the back provided a fun interesting set of creatures to see. The back deck provided such a beautiful breeze it was the perfect place to take a nap. The short walk to the beach provided all the fun beach time we could ask for. The kitchen also was well thought out with pans and such so we didn’t need to go out to eat much at all. Thanks so much!

This home is cozy, comfortable, clean and close to the beach. The AC works wonderfully - important on those humid days. We loved and used both decks to watch all the action. We'll be back!
