Plan your next family vacation at this spacious beautiful retreat home with ample covered porches; 5 bedrooms, 6 baths, 2 living areas. The reverse floor plan allows views of the ocean, marsh, and intercoastal waterway. The house features 2 living areas great for entertaining guests of all ages. As the adults are enjoying the upper living area with large screen tv and views of the Atlantic Ocean, the kids can be watching their choice of tv shows on the large screen tv, playing foosball on the foosball table, or board games on the game table. Home has numerous board games for renters' enjoyment. There is also a wet bar in the lower living area with a mini refrigerator. The home provides full wireless internet service . The well-equipped gourmet kitchen offers beautiful granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Coffee maker, crock pot, mixer, toaster and blender are a few of the kitchen amenities along with cooking utensils. TVs are in all 5 bedrooms and in both living areas with a Roku providedfor each. You can add your apps to any tvs. Ceiling fans throughout the home offer additional comfort and cooling. All bedrooms open onto a deck or balcony for enjoying the views. The upper level offers 2 bedrooms one with 4 bunkbeds and one with a king sized bed.. The lower level offers 3 bedrooms, one with 2 queens, one with 1 queen, and 1 with a king sized bed. There is also a walk-in laundry room on this level with a full size washer and dryer, ironing board, iron. There is a charcoal grill on the ground floor. A pool with ample pool furniture is perfect for swimming and sunning where landscape lighting provides ambiance for evening enjoyment. The enclosed backyard offers a place to relax in private with a private outdoor shower which offers hot and cold water along with a changing area. There is enough seating for all guests including a large round table which will seat 8 and is conveniently close to the grill.. Security cameras are located in the parking areas only. All cleaning included in rental rate. NO PETS NO SMOKING No PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS. This home is for family gatherings and cannot be rented for Senior Week or College Gatherings. Renter must be on the premises for the week. Thank you

We love this house! Excellent location on east end of island where it is quieter and less crowded. Outdoor areas, including pool, are ample. All bedrooms are comfortable; kitchen very well furnished. Owners very responsive.

Carol was an amazing host! The house was beautiful and she was so responsive. We absolutely loved the house, it fit all of our family perfectly and the pool was great! There was lots of seating inside and out. The decks had lots of cute furniture to hang outside in the evenings. The house had lots of board games and cornhole! We already can’t wait to come back next year!

The house and pool were fantastic and everything as advertised. The very short walk to the beach was much appreciated as well. Getting there early was a plus because it is a somewhat crowded beach.

Family beach vacation

Very lovely home with well-equipped kitchen. Great space for our extended family of 11. The pool area was just right for our young grandkids. Really easy walk to the beach. Carol is a great host. She responded to our questions quickly and gave us a really great I’d recommendation for a photographer for family photos on the beach. We likely won’t return to Ocean Isle but would definitely stay at Carol’s place again.

Family Vacation

Family Beach Trip

This house was perfect for our family! It had two separate living areas that suited all of our needs well. Beautiful Beach Stay

The property was lovely: very clean and well stocked, especially the kitchen. It was a very short walk to the beach access, which was so convenient. The 2 living areas offered ample seating areas for teens and parents to spend time apart. Carol was very easy to contact and made our stay that much more enjoyable!!

Ocean Isle Beach Getaway

Carol’s house was beautiful! We loved the layout and 2 living areas as well as the outdoor decks overlooking the wonderful pool area. The kitchen was fully stocked. This is the best stocked kitchen of any vacation home we have ever stayed in. Very convenient beach access close to the house. Carol was easy to communicate with as a host. Highly recommend this house for a stay at Ocean Isle.

Wonderful!

There were 9 of us; 3 young kids and adults. The kids loved the bunk bed room! All the adults love every part of the house! Plenty of room, comfortable beds, black out curtains up to date(very nice) appliances and lots of little extras! I really could write so much more about this house..great pool, great decks with awesome deck furniture! Carol,host, communicated on a timely manner and made sure that anything we needed or any questions were taken care of! I would definitely stay at this house again!

Nice stay. The outside tables and area could have been more clean.

Outside could have been cleanlier. A lot of flies due to that. Also, another refrigerator maybe even outside. Hard to fit groceries for 4 families in that 1 fridge upstairs.

This is a beautiful home with beach access within walking distance. There were 9 of us in total and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was very clean and well maintained and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Perfect family vacation

First of many family vacations hopefully here to Ocean Isle. Carol was a great host and we couldn't be more pleased with the house/location. Access to the beach was very close to the house and there was tons to do on the Island.
