    A dreamy beach getaway awaits when you stay at Bella Vista, an elegant 4BR/4.5BA vacation rental located a quick stroll from the shore and only 4 minutes from town. The expansive interior features high-end furnishings and all-suite bedrooms. The exquisite outdoor spaces include three decks (all with either views of the ocean or the marsh), as well as a heated pool, waterslide, and gas grill.

    LIVING AREA: Kick back with a crisp beverage beside the gas fireplace in the welcoming living area, which also has a smart TV and a wall of windows looking out to the ocean. An additional space offers a foosball table, smart TV, sink, and mini-fridge.

    KITCHEN & DINING: The gourmet kitchen is appointed with a full suite of new appliances, colorful backsplash, and a large island for prepping meals. Gather for meals at the eight-person table. The kitchen island also seats two.

    BED & BATH: This home sleeps 10 guests in four bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a TV, deck access, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, deck access, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a TV. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A half bath off the living area adds convenience.

    OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES: Ideal for entertaining, this home features multiple outdoor spaces, including a main level with a heated lap pool that even has a waterslide with a private enclosed backyard. (The pool can be heated for an optional $85/day fee). Board games, cards, and a gas grill is perfect for hosting an afternoon cookout. Take in stunning ocean, marsh and pool views from two decks.

    EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS: Complimentary 1 GB Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, outdoor shower, cornhole game, and beach gear (chairs, umbrella, towels, buggy, cooler) are provided. Parking for four vehicles in the driveway. This home has a three-story layout.

    ​​​​​​​LOCATION: Find yourself a short stroll from the pristine shores of the Atlantic Ocean. Check out a variety of restaurants 4 minutes from home in the heart of town. Golfers will appreciate having several prominent courses nearby. Visit Ocean Isle Beach Park for playgrounds and tennis courts.

Perfect Family Beach Vacation

10 of us in this magnificent beach house, lots of room for everyone, cannot ask for a better location to beach access (literally right across the street),pool is great (many late night swimming). Kitchen is well appointed with plenty of cooking accessories and settings for 20. Owners have a ton of beach chairs and pool toys at the house. We could not have asked for a better beach house. This is our 5th consecutive year renting a house and this was our favorite

The Perfect Choice

Bella Vista was a perfect choice for our family vacation. The beach is very close for a second row house. The property is pristine and the ocean and sound views were beautiful. The house amenities were plentiful, even an espresso machine. We will surely return!

Wonderful house!

This home was everything and more than we expected!! From the top floor to the bottom all was perfect. Lot's of beach chairs and a beach wagon to help make the short trip to the sand easier! Pool area is magnificent-especially at night. We will book again for sure!

Awesome home with all the perks! The view of the ocean was perfect, the pool was amazing & the house had a great location. The cleaning crew could have done a bit better, but where there is beach there will always be sand. We will definitely return!

Birthday weekend

Took my daughter and some of her friends here for the weekend to celebrate her 16th birthday. The house had everything you could think of and was very clean. We all had a wonderful time! Thanks for opening up your beautiful home to us. We didn’t want the weekend to end.

BEWARE OF VACASA

The house itself was beautiful and very nice. Waiting 4 days after many phone calls to Vacasa to send repair person for the elevator and bbq grill severely impacted our vacation. Lights were missing bulbs, ceiling fan in master bedroom did not work.

Great house!

This house was perfect for our family and some friends who came and stayed for a couple of nights. It was clean and well stocked. The large pool was amazing. We spent so much of our time outside on the decks in the morning and evenings. Had a couple of issues (LR TV kept cutting out, a wooden chair swing hung near pool broke while my kids were on it as the chain was rusted), but Vacasa was so responsive and helpful. They even ended up replacing the TV mid-week. The cleaners didn't finish until 4:45, otherwise check in was easy. Would recommend this place and stay again!

5 star house; disappointing property management

The house and location are terrific. Unfortunately, that attribute is offset somewhat by poor Vacasa management. The check-in process was complicated by having to enter an exceptionally long entry code into a temperamental digital lock. Better entry instructions and a shorter code could have saved us much check-in frustration. (We greatly appreciated Chandler's help the next morning in resolving the code issue). We were also frustrated that the elevator did not initially work due to the accordion door not being left in the closed position. Perhaps the biggest frustration was that the pool slide was broken (a known issue). We understand that things break, but it is common courtesy to give renters advance notice. We would have liked to have prepared our grandchildren for that disappointment. The house could be improved by some general instructions and info (for example, the TV has no cable). The only booklet dealt with the elevator. The location of the house is fantastic. Straight shot to the ocean and nice view from the front porch. Fantastic view of the marsh from the back decks. The pool is huge and kept very clean. Nice outside areas. The kitchen is very nice and the appliances work well. The fans throughout the house are great. Plenty of bath towels and nice starter sets of detergent and bath products. The shades in each of the bedrooms block the sun well. With improved property management, this house could be 5 stars all the way.
