- Private swimming POOL in a large completely gated backyard w/ tables, chairs, loungers, and gas grill make for a wonderful retreat from the sand. Pool can be heated for an additional $100/day (minimum outdoor temperature of 50 degrees required)

- Enjoy VIEWS of the Atlantic Ocean and canals from multiple porches with your coffee/cocktail/sippy cup :)

- Two BIKES available for further island exploration, plenty of beach chairs & a beach wagon for easy beach relaxation

- 1 min. WALK to the Monroe St. Public Beach Access & Ocean - this is a highly convenient beach access with the Community Center’s public restrooms, ramp access for easily wheeling your cooler to the beach, outdoor showers for rinsing off, volleyball nets set up in the sand, yoga classes

- 1-5 min. WALK to fabulous restaurants & bars (Drift Coffee & Kitchen, Coastal Wine Room, 59 Causeway Bagels, Pelican’s Perch, Jinks Creek just to name a few)
