Two bedroom Braemar condo with large outdoor pool deck!

Located in the north tower, Braemar 412 is a charming two bedroom condo with southern exposure on 131st street in peaceful North Ocean City. Updated flooring throughout and bright, beachy decor creates a pleasant retreat where you have all the comforts of home including living room, fully-equipped kitchen, TV's in every room, and complimentary Wifi. The one thing you probably don't have at home is a south facing balcony overlooking an incredible outdoor pool and sundeck, plus great views of the ocean. Braemar Towers amenities include elevators for easy access, a centrally located outdoor pool with sundeck, fitness room, game room and tennis courts. You are only a beach bus or car ride away from the Ocean City boardwalk and just minutes from Fenwick Island attractions and Northside Park. Don't overlook the great restaurants within walking or biking distance including Crab Bag, Albertino's, Harpoon Hanna's and Victoria's Seafood. Accommodating up to six guests, the primary bedroom has a king bed for ultimate comfort and the 2nd bedroom is perfect for the kids to slumber in the pyramid bunk bed with a trundle. Guest must supply bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Property rents Saturday - Saturday in season and any 5 nights off season.
NOTE THIS IS A SIDE UNIT IN AN OCEANFRONT BUILDING. This building charges a $75.00 non-refundable registration fee due upon arrival for one parking spot - checks or credit cards only.
No smoking/vaping permitted on the Braemar grounds. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Lacking quite a bit

not up to par with other Braemar properties. Check or money order needed to check in - no cash or credit accepted. Window treatments failed, limited light control/privacy in living room & bedrooms. Bring Keurig pods for coffee, sign in kitchen says check out at 12 noon, but it’s really 10am. Not very clean, bathtubs don’t drain well, garbage disposal was broken, internet only worked about 30% of time, and some outlets didn’t work.. Nice view, beds were comfortable but this place needs some attention.

Wonderful vacation!!

Our family loved our time at Breamar Towers. The facility was well kept, welcoming, and quiet. Our Condo was very nice, clean, and the perfect size for our family of four! We will definitely be back!!

Love the building and the view. Unit needs updating- clothes washer did not work, needs a deep cleaning.

Not a bad place but needs thorough cleaning.....

Overall the property is not bad. It's in a good location, close to the beach, low key environment, quiet and good for family. The drawback is it's in need of a detailed cleaning. The floors were dirty and needed swept and mopped. There was visible amounts of dirt on top of the fridge. I had to clean the coffee pot several times before I felt it was clean enough to be used. Some of the pots and pans need thrown out and replaced. The one side of the master bed was held together with literally one bolt and the mattress cover was dirty.
