    The Space:

    The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want! Spend your days lounging on the beach or enjoying the building's many amenities, which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, pickleball courts, a complimentary movie theater, a fitness facility, saunas, a huge game room, a snack and soda shop, a playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, a volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience as well. As you enter the condo, you'll be greeted by an open living space, a mirrored wall that maximizes the sunlight and the ocean view, and access points to the balcony in both the living room and the primary bedroom. There's also a full kitchen, free WiFi, and a Blu-ray/DVD player in the living room. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. This condo features a den/sunroom (with a constructed wall and pocket doors) that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area Smoking is not permitted. Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Watch unit 803. The unit was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The location was great and we loved the amenities available on premises. Would highly recommend! Booking through Vacasa was seamless and we had a great stay.

Great trip..terrible wifi

We have been staying at Sea Watch for many many years. This was our first year in this unit. Everything was clean, plenty of room we loved it. The only downfall was the wifi kept going on and off and was just terrible. I don’t know anything about the wifi in Ocean City, MD, but we have never had a problem with the wifi in any of the other units we have stayed in.

Very convenient and clean resort

Great beach access, was nice having a theatre, game room, tennis/pickle ball, basketball and volleyball courts on site. Very nice outdoor/indoor/kiddie pool area. The room was beautiful, clean, aside from smelly decorative pillow covers that were easily cleaned by just throwing them in the washing machine. The owners have the unit stocked with bath towels, sheets, extra pillows, basic cooking/cleaning supplies and beach toys and sports equipment to make use of everything Sea Watch has to offer. They even have some great reading material if you’re interested in the history of OCMD. If we don’t stay here again I will be disappointed!

Great Place on the Beach

803 Sea Watch was a great place to stay. We stayed the week of July 4th and the fireworks from our balcony did not disappoint. The unit accommodated my family of 5 perfectly; my kids 5, 3, and 10 months love the amenities that were onsite; the ice cream/pizza shop, playground, movie theater and of course being so close to the beach. The unit itself was cozy and charming. Some things that we wished we were made aware of but figured out the second day of our stay was each unit comes with a storage closet with washer/dryer. We were not told to check in with the office to get the storage/laundry key as well as the wrist bands that (were not needed) but posted everywhere to have for the pool and other amenities on site, so communication could have been more clearer in my opinion. Overall this place was great and my family and I would definitely do another trip to this unit and or others at Sea Watch.
