Relax at 39 Fountain Drive West 5B in Sunset Island, sleeping 8. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo has been updated with new Living Room furniture, freshly painted, new window treatments, and new Smart Televisions in Living Room and all three bedrooms. This spacious condo has vaulted ceilings with water views of the Bay and you can even see the Ocean from the balcony!  Walking distance to pools, shops, Ocean & Bay beaches, and restaurants & tiki bar. The kitchen is fully equipped for making big breakfasts and seafood dinners.  Morning coffee tastes better on our relaxing waterview balcony. 
* Keyless entry, No stopping at a rental office!

Pack lighter because a Free Linen & Towel Package is included and delivered on arrival day. You will also have 4 beach chairs, a beach cart, trash bags, dish liquid, dishwasher detergent, coffee filters, and hair dryers for use during your stay. Sunset Island Registration: Required and included when booking, provides 6 facility passes & 2 parking passes*.  No passes are needed for ages 3 & under.  *Additional facility passes are $75 per pass and may be purchased directly once arriving in Sunset Island. 

Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25.  ID is required to check-in.  Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored.  No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups.

Very well-kept property, great location with outstanding amenities. Walking path was very enjoyable for walks and staff were courteous and friendly. Loved the pool and beach on the bay. Would definitely return.

I have been coming here for about 12 years. So far this is my favorite location. Convenient to everything. Beautiful views and quiet. Furthest from pool but that's a quick 1 min drive once a day.

Exceptional Unit, Amazing Location

This is the best short-term rental I have stayed in. The property management company made the check-in process incredibly simple, and communicated quickly when I had questions. The unit is clean, well-stocked in the kitchen, and in a quiet corner of Sunset Island. We will 100% book here again.

Perfect

Condo exceeded our expectations! Clean, comfortable, fully stocked kitchen and perfect location. Absolutely stunning sunsets from the balcony! Beach access right beside us, plus the water views were perfect. Have stayed ocean front for over thirty-eight years. First time on Sunset Island. Children and grandchildren all agreed they want to come back to stay here.

Sunset Island Vacation Treasure

Our family has been vacationing in OC, MD for many years. Without a doubt, this rental in 39 Fountain Drive West was the best experience ever!! The unit was impeccably spotless, all kitchen appliances worked, the beds were super comfortable and the views from the balconies were gorgeous. The host Stevi was terrific, readily available when needed and responded immediately to our texts or calls. The best secret about this rental is the beach located right outside of the building. It's almost a private beach with great access to the bay for water activities or simply relaxing. The community pool is a short walk away but our little beach was our favorite spot. The only nuisance we encountered was the limit of 2 parking spaces per unit. Our 2 adult children each drove down to spend a few days with us and they had to find parking for 1 of their cars outside the gated community. Also, would like to recommend that the facility allow guests/relatives the ability to visit the rental unit and assign them visitors passes for that day. Despite these minor logistical items, we soundly endorse this rental unit and will definitely be renting it again next year.
