Beach House #5 is an absolutely charming beach condo comfortably sleeping 10 adults and 4 children. Upon entering, it will instantly bring back memories of Ocean City days long ago. You will enter the home and fall in love with the thoughtful beach decor and open layout of the Living Room, Dining Area and Kitchen - make the most of quality time while relaxing in the Air Conditioning, all while never feeling crowded on the Ashley Sleeper sofa and matching Love seat. Whether enjoying the Free WiFi, watching a movie or enjoying a family game night together, this Condo offers the perfect space to make memories year after year. Even better, The Beach House on 10th St #5 allows you to avoid the weekend traffic by offering mini week stays! *This home is available any 3-night minimums in season.*

The Primary Bedroom comfortably sleeps 4 with a comfy Queen Bed, as well as Twin Bunk Bed. This Bedroom also has a convenient Wet Bar, complete with mini fridge just outside of the private ¾ Bathroom with stand-up Shower. Just down the hall, you will find Bedroom 3 which is home to another Queen Bed and Twin Bunk Bed, also comfortably sleeping 4. Bathroom 2 is perfectly placed just off the Living Area, with coastal decor, recent upgrades, and a Shower/Tub Combo. Bedroom 2 is a quiet retreat just off the Living Area and is the perfect space to relax and rejuvenate in the cozy Queen Bed after a day on the famous OC Boardwalk. Bedroom 4 is perfect for the in-laws, located at the back of the home with a separate, exterior entrance. This room has a Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, mini fridge, and a full Bath with a Shower/Tub combo. For your convenience, there is also a coin-operated laundry room behind the building!

Beach House #5 is just a few short blocks from the beach and Ocean City’s famous Boardwalk with a wide variety of dining, shopping and amusements for all ages so park the car and leave your worries behind, while you are calling Beach House 5 home, the only thing to do is enjoy the magical times to be had with the ones you love most!!

It was great,but we had a invasion of people that came in the front door and proceeded to the laundry room.They wanted to wash clothes.That scared me because they just walked right in.

At 1st glance when we booked it appeared to be the whole house. The listing is a bit unlear but after further review it was only the first floor. Which our group was fine with as we just slept there. The cleanliness wasn't perfect when we arrived. It wasn't cleaned under beds, friends used their own sheets & seen papers and dirt built up. A bit dusty on top of things. We could still feel the sand on the floor from the previous guest. I do understand it has to be a quick process to clean and get ready for the next guests but cleanliness is important. It's definitely not sound proof, you can hear everything from the floors above. As there was a group of girls that sounded like jumping & moving furniture all night for 2 nights. Overall we liked it and it suited our group of 9. The hosts were great. From the very beginning the communication was astounding. Right away I received a welcome response from Brianna. She provided suggestions of places to visit. I wasn't expecting that. I did have a couple questions & I was pleased with the quick response. I believe we met the cleaner when we arrived. I'm pleased to say she was also a very nice lady. We definitely had a wonderful visit. We will for sure be scheduling another stay in the future. It was a pleasure to visit.

The property overall needs maintained better. It was very dirty upon arrival. There were dirty dishes and oven pad, hot pads in the cabinet. The floors needed swept due ti being sandy still from occupants. The ac units were rattling and very loud. The house was very musty. It had a bad smell and the clothes that were laying out in the kids rooms actually felt a little wet after layijg in there overnight. House definitely needs work and better maintenance. It was a nice short walk to the beach and the contact person was timely in answering questions.

Great Family Getaway!!

Great location for us! This place had exactly what we needed to comfortably fit 12 of us. Linens, towels, and everything needed to cook meals was provided. The place was clean and communication was great leading up to, during, and after our stay. I would stay again!!

Stayed for Labor Day Weekend

This was the perfect location to stay, everything was at most a 10-15 minute walk or 5-10 minute car ride. Bus stops are close by. Most bedrooms were spacious, and common area was plenty of room. Fully stocked kitchen, we didn’t use it to cook anything but kept snacks and drinks there. Also was able to get in touch with the host very easily. Over all had a great a stay,

Great location

The location was amazing! Home wasn’t the cleanest. We contacted the property manager and were told they do thorough cleaning checks with photos and they would get back with us never did. Also had some maintenance issues with drains not draining, outlets not working, and ac not working in one room. That was never addressed by management after we contacted them either. Overall the space met our needs wonderfully for our large family vacation and the location was amazing.

Great location, house needs upgrades

The overall experience with the property management was great. They gave plenty of information and updates prior to our stay. The check in process was easy and we were able to check in early! The house was fine. It smelled a bit when we got in and had to open the windows. The unit is small, and the kitchen is tiny. There was only one fork available for us. The location was great as we attended oceans calling festival.

I wish I could leave a better review because of how quickly and professionally everyone responded to our complaints! When we arrived I was panicked. It smelled like water damage and urine. All the pillows and mattresses were uncovered and has black and brown stains all over them ( I can only imagine what from) the house had belongings of other people through out (old straws on the ground / peoples shirts ). We made a trip to the store for pillows and blankets because we could not sleep on those. As well as candles for the smell and lysol wipes for peace of mind. When I called for help they offered to have the cleaning crew come back, and they did in less than an hour and they did a wonderful job of making it feel much much better! This whole interaction was quick and painless! Then the last day we were there the group that lived above us took a shower and it flooded our main bathroom through the ceiling because they had a crack in their tub! They told them that they would send a plumber in asap, and the neighbors were nice enough to not use their shower anymore! So we got lucky with that! I wouldn’t recommend this place but seaside vacation employees are very nice and responsive.

Updated, loved the layout. The only downfall was the floor was not clean. And had a shortage of wash clothes. Other than that, would recommend because of the proximity to the boardwalk.
