Inside this sunlit condo, find chic furnishings, wood floors, and three well-furnished bedrooms. Unwind for movie nights on the TV in the living area or whip up favorite beach snacks in the pristine kitchen, fitted with stainless steel appliances and a kitchen island for meal prep. Added perks include complimentary WiFi, a Pack ‘n Play, children’s games, toys, and books.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. A building registration fee includes six facility passes and two parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass.The fees are the following: (Each Condo Package will also have an additional $15.00 surcharge that is paid to the Condo Association): Winter (January 1 - April 30, and October 1 – December 31) = $75. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $110. Summer season (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $150. Fall (September 13 - September 30) = $110.
Six (6) facility passes are included with the rental. Additional passes may be available at the community office for $70 per pass per week. Additional registration fee is charged by Sunset Island for select events. Special event surcharge and dates are subject to change without notice.
For any stays booked less than 48 hours in advance during May 1 – September 30 will have an additional $25 charge.
Occupancy limits strictly enforced by the community.
This unit features access to a private bayside beach, clubhouse, fitness center, library, locker rooms, sauna and indoor pool, outdoor pool, baby wading pool, walking trails, and a crabbing/fishing pier.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
