Admire the beach from your private and well-furnished balcony every while sipping on a refreshing iced coffee or snuggle up in front of the flatscreen TV while watching your favorite show or game. This condo offers a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials to prepare everything that comes to mind and central air conditioning throughout to keep you all nice and comfortable during your stay. Extra amenities include a private washer/dryer, double oven, and dishwasher, and an outdoor shower.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Kitchen and bathrooms not very clean, mold in shower heads, around edges of sinks/tub. Carpet very old, wrinkles. Oven doors not cleaned. Overall was ok, but cleaning staff needs to be changed. Location & view were great. Our "greeting ' when we checked in was not what I would call friendly. This is a very very old condo that appears to have never had any upgrades..possibly an appliance or 2, but that was a long time ago. Cabinets in kitchen old..not well organized. If you're not fussy, this place is fine. I'll look for something else next time.

Comfortable Oceanfront Condo

Easy to find, easy to park, unit has elevator and trolley for bags. Modern kitchen appliances, handy "starter kit" with paper towels, toilet paper and other essentials in case you didn't bring your own. The balcony is nice with comfortable furniture. There's some beach furniture in a closet. There are extra pillows and bedding. The unit is on the boardwalk which is my preferred area of OC, so, a lot of plusses.

Week at the Beach

Great location! Nice end unit with East, West and South views. Comfy furniture & cute decor. Only downside is it desperately needs new carpeting or flooring with area rugs. Lots of stains when you walk in, which make you look for more as you get settled.

Perfection!

We were three 60-something friends. We had a wonderful stay. We will stay again! However, most of the electric outlets are loose and won’t hold a plug. Also, the tub in the main bathroom is very slick; my friend nearly fell. And the shower does not work properly….as much water comes out of the faucet as comes out of the shower head. Minor distractions really, but they should be corrected.

Amazing Condo with gorgeous view!

This was the Perfect view from anywhere in the condo! We were super impressed with everything there for us to use. Linens, beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels. Everything, we were super happy with this rental. Sure you have some wear from other renters, however it was very clean when we arrived.
