You’ll love the Ocean Views from the large Balcony of this 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Vacation Home! Even better, Summer Beach 407 allows you to avoid the weekend traffic by offering mini week stays!

As you enter this beachfront beauty, you’re sure to fall in love with the bright, Open Living Space. The Living Area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy time together after a fun-filled day at the Beach, with the large Flat Screen TV and Free WiFi, there’s something for the whole family to enjoy! Summer Beach 407 has plush furniture to melt into, and natural light from the large sliding door provides the perfect setting to start and end each day. Slip out to the Private Balcony and take in that sweet, salty air while watching the moon dance on the surf while you sip on a glass of your favorite vino.

If eating in is what family time is all about, then your family is going to appreciate the beautiful open, Well-Stocked Kitchen. With new Stainless Appliances, large Countertops, and all of the comforts of home, there is no need to dine out every day! If you are a family of Foodies, then you will enjoy all the Dining that Ocean City has to offer within walking distance of Summer Beach! Coin's Pub, OC Wasabi, and Barn 34 are just a few of the local dining options just a stroll away and sure to hit the spot!

Summer Beach 407 will comfortably sleep 6 adults and 2 children between 2 Bedrooms and a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area. The Primary Bedroom has a King Bed and Private Balcony Access, perfect for slipping out to start each day with breathtaking Views. There is also a Flat Screen TV and Private Bath with a Shower/Tub Combo.

Just down the main Hall, Bedroom 2 is sure to be a quiet retreat with 2 Plush Full Beds, a Flat Screen TV and a window with views of the bay! The fresh decor and cozy bedding of this room will have your special loved ones sleeping like a baby. Just off the Kitchen is the 2nd Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo. There’s also a convenient Washer and Dryer, in case you need to do a quick load before heading home!

Beautiful property...very well appointed & super comfortable. Great location, steps from the beach with ocean view...just 10 minute drive from the Boardwalk & amusements. We look forward to staying here again!

Nice stay with partial view of the ocean.

We had a fun time. The condo is stocked with about everything you need to cook with besides oven mits. Lol. The neighbors we had above us to the right liked to party. The area is happening though if that's what you are looking for.

Great location

This condo is in a perfect location with a great view! You can walk to so many restaurants and shops, including the famous OC Boardwalk. Great location for surfing if you are into that as well.
