OCENBLOCK CONDO WITH NEW UPDATED KITCHEN! 1 BEDRM 2 BATH OCEANVIEW TOP FLOOR CONDO WITH ELEVATOR ACCESSS & AMPLE PARKING 1 queen bedroom suite with private egress to rear balcony.& elevator. Living area has sofa bed and futon, UPDATED Xfinity internet & cable with access to any & all channels. 4th floor Balcony from living area with sliders has view of beach and bay has 2 tables & 4 chairs. Parking permit for two cars. (building has covered and uncovered parking). Outdoor shower. A/C and heat. Just steps from the beach and Castle in the Sands. Linens are provided but bring your own paper products. Fully equipped Kitchen has Keurig coffee pot, dinnerware, utensils, cookware, microwave, dishwasher, elec range. Refrig with icemaker Beach chairs are included. Stack Washer & Dryer. Walk to the many restaurants and boardwalk.

The property was very clean and the owners made finding the location for parking and arrival very easy. I was attending a conference at the convention center and the condo was only a few blocks away so, super convenient.I would definitely stay here again!

This property and host were amazing. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. Being so close to the beach and able to sit on the balcony to have my morning coffee was the best! I would stay here again.

The location is perfect right on the beach with a beach view. Easy parking. The place was clean and spacious. The hosts were also the kindest people. Will definitely be staying here again next time we go to the beach!!

This was the perfect beach getaway in an amazing location! Steps from the beach and close to lots of restaurants and bars. Joan was such a lovely host, so sweet! We will definitely be back!

A cute place steps from the beach

Check-in was easy, the place had beautiful decor We were within walking distance of some of places we wanted to go and the area around was relatively quiet . My dad and I went for the 4th of July and could see multiple firework shows from the balcony.

Great location

Great location and love the view of the beach from the balcony. So convenient being steps from the beach especially with young kids. The condo had everything my family needed for a comfortable stay. Two bathrooms and the washer and dryer are clutch. The owner is so nice and very quick to respond to any issues. Had a wonderful week and plan to come back again!

Labor Day weekend

Our experience was excellent from start to finish. The condo was perfect. The decor, the comfort, the location and a 2 minute walk to the beach. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I highly recommend. Lastly, very reasonable for Ocean City. My family and I will definitely stay again.
