Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

My large family and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, clean, well equipped and spacious home. Located right on the beach and within walking distance of many stores, restaurants, and nightlife, I appreciated its convenience.

Perfectly perfect in every way

The property is everything a family could want - clean, updated, steps from the beach, nice pool, good beds, great views, walkability, access with electronic locks. The only thing that could be a bit more clear is the house number at the back. Thank you to the owner and team!

We had a wonderful week here-8 adults in the house which was very comfortable. The house was stocked with kitchen appliances and everything you would need to cook. Location was great as well.

Beautiful beach house

We had such a great stay house was beautiful i have no complaints. Loved that it was right on the beach it made going back and forth with my 3 month old a breeze. Pool was also a great feature for when you need a break from the beach. The AC worked amazing it was 90 degrees and very humid and inside felt like the artic it was great.

OC vacation 2023

We had a wonderful stay at Beachwalk 7. There are a couple of items that need to be addressed. The 3rd floor overhead fan in the 2 queen bedroom is one speed only. The chain is missing to adjust speeds. The refrigerator ice maker doesn't work, the fridges filter needs changed and the electrical outlet located under the table located between the kitchen and living room, only the bottom half works. Other than these minor inconveniences this place was great. Couldn't ask for a better location in regards to the closeness too the beach and restaurants and stores. Next time we come to OC we will look to book Beachwalk 7 again.
