Spend your days in the cool waters of the Atlantic then come home to rinse away the sand with the private washer/dryer. Explore the many on-site amenities that include a shared pool, sauna, and tennis. You can entertain your guests in the living area or out on the private balcony before serving up a delicious meal prepared in the full kitchen. This beachfront condo is ideally located within walking distance of various dining and shopping options; you can also take the bus for hassle-free travel to your favorite destinations. The historic Ocean City Boardwalk, with its carnival atmosphere, great food, and superb nightlife, is located five miles south. You can also plan a fun family day at Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Waterpark, only four miles south.

The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, and game and exercise rooms. During the summer season, you can visit the beach bar and grill, the sandwich shop, the convenience store, and our gift shops.

Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
