Just off the bright living area, you'll find a cheerful guest bedroom with two new queen beds and a full bathroom. On the opposite end of the unit, the primary suite offers its own updated full bath, creating ideal separation and comfort for everyone. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area make gathering easy, whether you're preparing meals or enjoying time together indoors. Step out onto the private balcony, grab your favorite beverage, and take in the sweeping ocean and bayside views from above.

The 9400 Building provides everything you need for a convenient and enjoyable stay, including one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City, a fitness room, coin-operated laundry facilities, secured building entry, and one assigned parking space. You're within easy walking distance to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and just steps from the beach.

* A linen package is available to purchase as an add-on to your reservation at the time of booking. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

While we loved the security in this building and its location, I was very disappointed by the condo itself. It was very outdated, which would not be a big deal if it was clean, but it definitely wasn’t. There was a noticeable smell as soon as you walked into the condo. The bathrooms had hair and dirt in the corners of the floor, the bathtub didn’t look like it had been scrubbed in awhile, the shower door in the master bathroom had soap scum on it and the sink had buildup around the drain. When we opened the pull out sofa bed, we found a baby bottle with curdled milk. Disgusting. For what you spend for the week, you expect to have it clean when you arrive. The last thing you want to do at the start of your vacation is clean up after the previous tenants.

We stayed here last year. Love the location and the view! Nice size condo, we had another family stay with us. This time counter tops had some crumbs on them, but overall pretty clean. We had a nice time.

Air conditioning issue

The room was so hot and when we spoke with the management the next day. she said it was to be fixed the day after we left? We requested they had someone come in right away. Why would you think someone would want to stay in a hot apartment? It did get fixed but if they knew it was an issue we should have been told on check in. We forgot to mention but the dish washer didn’t work either but we just hand washes the dishes.

One of the best.

Probably one of the better places because location, location, location! With Coastal Resorts managing this property I felt like we were truly at a resort with the friendly staff and cleanliness of everything. Of course no place is perfect, but this is 5 stars across the board for us.

Great Location and Property

The location near a playground, liquor and grocery store was a real plus. The property itself was clean and well maintained. The pool was pleasant and there was a huge sun deck. And a great outside shower area with changing and bathrooms just off the pool. Pool hours went fairly late. The walk to the beach was just minutes from the property. The beach was beautiful though the surf was too rough for even the best of swimmers. Our 5 and 2 year old played all day in the sand! The unit was very large and easily accommodated all 7 of us. The view from the balcony was spectacular for watching the sunset and sunrise. The boys were wowed that the sun “ went under the ground and came back up on the other side”. Unfortunately the unit was not as clean as one would expect. The master bath vanity was dusty, the faucet was broke so no bath for the boys in that tub. (Thank goodness there were two. The kitchen was dated. There were plenty of kitchen amenities but the cabinets were somewhat disorganized and difficult to locate items. There are only 6 chairs at the table so we used one of the two stools for dinning. The cleaning was questionable. There was a sock under the bed and food under the sofa bed. The worst part was the sleeper sofa. I would advise owners to check the underside of the mattress. Word of caution, the bedrooms are very bright from outside lighting. Bring a sleep mask. There was little to no noise from hallways. Another plus: for someone with kids this is a place where you do not have to worry about breaking any fancy decor ( a real plus). Also there is a second fence covering the openings in the railing. Regardless I would not allow little ones out alone. Also, we are use to a book with instructions for check out. There was none. We followed some guidelines we have learned from other VRBO properties but some guidance would have made us feel we left things as expected. Regardless of the negatives don’t shy away. Talk to owners/property mgmt about the concerns. I will… next time. Enjoy your vacation!

Great location - just steps from the beach. The room was clean and description online was accurate. A little confusing about what was included in room with COVID but overall worked out very well.

Perfect place!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was perfect for the 7 of us, very clean, the beds were so comfortable, the location was perfect with the grocery store right across the street and close to everything. We also loved the fact you have a lot of privacy and don’t hear a lot of noise from other units. The staff was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

We flew in from Tx. Had to pay for towels/sheets/pillows and blankets for a party of 6, very expensive on top of the 5 day rental. Almost $2500, could have gone to Mexico. Great location but not great with making you feel welcome, everything costs extra, not to mention the dishwashing tablets, which are not provided!
