Enjoy a great spot to take in the amazing sunsets at your private balcony, view of the OCEAN City high-rise condos and the gorgeous Assawoman bay, parking spaces, a community pool, a fishing dock, countless wonderful restaurants and bars, a full bathroom with a shower.

Nightlife in the surrounding blocks of Coastal Highway, with Northside Park just over two miles north. The center of Fenwick Island is only four miles north, while the famous Ocean City Boardwalk is just over five miles south.

Washer and dryer, fishing, crabbing, and paddle boarding right on the property.

This is a great cozy spot for a couple looking for a quiet, out-of-the way place to enjoy a get-away. The view from the unit and balcony was beautiful, but if you are looking to be able to see the sunset directly from the balcony, you will be disappointed - the unit faces directly north. Thankfully, there are great restaurants nearby with amazing sunset views. This condo is well-stocked, and we loved the fact that we didn’t have to rent linens/towels or bring them ourselves. There were enough pillows that even 6 people would have had several each! Paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, toiletries - all provided. A Keurig with tons of coffee pods, creamer, and sweeteners is provided for those coffee drinkers, and there is also a second coffee maker available. The pots and pans were plentiful and looked brand new, and we enjoyed cooking in a few times. The two smart TVs were great, allowing us to watch football and catch up on our streaming. I especially enjoyed the voice remote. And the jigsaw puzzles were a big hit with my hubby. He completed all 11 in one week! It was nice to see other games - UNO and Trouble and Simon - available as well plus several decks of cards and poker supplies.The hosts could not have been nicer and more responsive! We had a lovely, relaxing time.

The condo was perfect for the two of us! Comfortable furniture, nicely decorated, and with a beautiful waterfront view from a quiet balcony. The little extras like a fully stocked coffee station and mini toiletries were also appreciated!

My wife and I stayed for 9 days for my birthday. The property is very clean, quiet, and in a beautiful location. The location is also perfect, it sits right on the bay, far enough away that you don’t get all the noise, but close enough to do all the activities if you choose. The sunset view is also incredible!

Home Away From Home

This property is in an amazing location. Not far from restaurants, the beach, grocery store and souvenir shops, yet it is so quiet in the cul-de-sac. So clean and next to the water that you can't beat this location.

Cozy condo with bay view

We enjoyed our getaway at Queenie and Doug's condo. Condo has everything you need and hosts were very responsive. It was very quiet with beautiful views. Just a short drive to beautiful Assateague Island, where we spent most of our days.

1st Family Trip to OC

We had a wonderful stay in OC! It was our family’s first time visiting the area and the property was conveniently located next to the beach, shops, grocery store and numerous restaurants! We spent everyday at the beach, enjoyed amazing seafood and the kids loved the boardwalk and mini golf. Can’t wait to come back for a future trip! Doug and Queenie were extremely attentive to our messages and it’s been a pleasure renting their property.

Perfect in Every Way

My family of three had a wonderful vacation! This unit was clean and well appointed. Our 8 y/o son said, “I love this place. It’s tiny but luxurious.” The view was amazing. The pool was relaxing. The location convenient. I enjoy cooking for my guys while we are on vacation, and the kitchen was great! The beds and furnishings were comfy. And… I loved having linens provided. Additionally, the entire rental and check in/out process was low key and seamless. Queenie and Doug’s communication was clear, timely, and welcoming. We will definitely rent this unit again if we are able.

Weekend getaway

We had a great time at Doug and Queenie’s! The view is so beautiful, the perfect place to relax. Very nice balcony furniture. The condo was clean I was very happy upon arrival. You can tell Doug and Queenie really care as there was many little considerate touches to the space. Thanks for letting us stay, we will definitely be back!

Nice Condo & convenient location

Comfortable and clean condo for 3 nights in OCMD. Condo has everything we needed (including linens, cleaning supplies, coffee supplies, toiletries, etc) and cooking equipment which was handy. Sitting on the deck in the AM drinking was relaxing (saw a sea turtle, stingray, fish, jellyfish and birds), and it was a perfect location to watch fireworks over the bay. Pool was nice to cool off in after the beach. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Helpful tips from owner too. Would definitely stay again.
