The Space:
This unit only rents to 25 years and older.
Your cleaning fee includes a full house linen package. The only thing you need to bring is beach towels.
Parking is $65 per stay per vehicle. $65 will be charged as you arrive to parking garage. Guests will be sent parking form after booking.
Guests will receive tags to allow access to the private amenities - pools/ courts/ etc.
