Welcome to Salty Sands 4 #208 — your midtown Ocean City home base just off 46th Street. Set on the second floor in an ocean-block building, this bright and comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo puts you steps from the sand with a private balcony where you can catch glimpses of both the ocean and bay.



Mornings here are easy and memorable — brew fresh coffee in the fully equipped kitchen (drip machine, please bring your own grounds, and Keurig, please bring your own K-Cups) and sip it on the balcony while the kids get ready for the beach. Pack the provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys, and in just a minute you’ll be on the sand. Around lunchtime, walk over to Belly Busters for crabs or subs and enjoy them right on the beach, keeping the day simple and relaxed.



In the afternoons, you’ll have options: cool off in the shade of the balcony, rinse off at the outdoor shower before heading back inside, or take a short drive downtown for a stroll along the boardwalk. Bayside Park and Northside Park are close by if the kids want to run around, and jet ski rentals are within walking distance if you’re looking for adventure.



As evening sets in, choose between a dinner out at The Hobbit, Liquid Assets, or Spain Wine Bar — or gather back at the condo to prepare a home-cooked meal in your fully stocked kitchen. With a comfortably sized balcony, a dining table, and space for everyone to stretch out, it’s your home away from home.



From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel at home. That’s why we provide a complimentary starter kit with essentials for your stay. The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge—everything you need to get settled in right away.



All linens and bath towels are included with your stay, and every bed will be freshly made before you arrive.

A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.



After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, birthday, photo ID, and signing a rental lease agreement. All information is stored internally and not sold to any third party as this is how we verify age and legally protect our homes. Additionally, there is a damage waiver or security deposit that must be chosen after booking on the check in form.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
