Step Back In Time

The location and layout of the property is perfect. It goes down hill after that. The kitchen appliances are 20 years past their prime, with the cabinets and sink being dated too. Both bathrooms need to be updated as well. The owner needs to invest back into the property to have return renters.

Not all that clean

bedspreads and blankets needed a good cleaning - so did the pillows in the closet...the bathroom rugs should either be cleaned or changed after each guest - clearly they were not, also some of the cupboards were a complete jumble....I would expect that with the amount of money this cost that the place would be sparkling

Location is great but the place NEEDS updates!

Stayed here with my family of 5. Location was great! Had a great view of the ocean! It was definitely spacious and way better then staying in a hotel room. The place is in need of updates though! Furniture is old, decor is old, the master bath had multiple lights out and what looks like mold under the sink cabinet as well as on the shower door. Linens are provided but they just leave them in a bag by the door and you have to make all the beds yourself. We are not very picky people and it served its purpose, but next time we will go with something a little more updated!

Wouldn't recommend but not the worst.

The beds feel like you're laying on a piece of cardboard with springs under it. The microwave does not work so we had to heat everything either on the stovetop or oven. Some of the dressers were missing the knobs to open them. We looked under the couch in the living room to find our daughters toy... it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years under there. Overall, it needs upgraded and cleaned better but the location is nice and it has indoor/outdoor pool and playground.

Poor condition

Condo was in poor condition.. wifi didn't work for days, toaster was broken, drawers were falling apart.. pots and pans weren't great, faucets dripped, broken sofa only 4 chairs in dining room with wobbly legs, cheap and uncomfortable chairs on back porch. we have been staying at sea watch for 11 years and this was by far the worst rental we had.
