    The Space:

    The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. The den is open without a partition or wall. BEDROOM 2 TV IS FOR GAMING OR DVD USE ONLY. Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Highly recommend!

This property was beautiful! It has an amazing ocean view and a great picnic table on the deck, and inside had cozy chairs and couches. The master bed was super comfy! It was nice and cool too. Great place to stay for the week!

Amazing views!!!

From the balcony, we enjoyed watching the waves everyday. From the balcony we saw a gorgeous sunsets, dolphins, and even a fox in the dunes. This place had everything for us to have a comfortable and enjoyable time. We would gladly come again to this lovely place

Great stay!

We had a great stay at Sea Watch. It was clean and well maintained all around. Beach access was easy, pools in good shape and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of amenities available within the condo and very convenient to have laundry facility available as well. Kitchen was well equipped. The pull out mattresses have seen better days so if we were to stay again we may take some additional padding (teenagers, not small children). Overall it was a great stay and highly recommend!

Lovely home with ocean view

Beautiful view of the ocean. Condo has decent sized master bedroom with bath. Private laundry room outside of the condo, just remember to bring your own laundry detergent.

Location was great. Well appointed. My daughter and granddaughters and I had a great relaxing time. Note: trash chute is down the left hall when you walk out and the washer and dryer is outside your room to the right. Took us awhile to figure it out.

Excellent for families!

The condo was perfect for my family of 5 everyone had plenty of space and the outdoor table on the patio was so beautiful for meals! Only note I would make is we were surprised there was no toilet paper at all when we walked in on the rolls or in cabinets. So bring your own. But everything else was perfect. Loved the location and amenities of the building!

Sea Watch was a great facility for the kids

My kids could have just stayed inside the facility the whole week if we didn't plan outings. My 4 year old lived in the kiddie pool and loved the huge playground. My 6 year old didn't want to leave the indoor pool. The indoor pool would have been nicer if more heated. We didn't use the arcade or movie room but I bet older kids like that. The room didn't have anything wrong with it, and worked well for our purposes. We did hear the sound of kids running in the room above us, but it's a huge place, so we didn't expect complete peace and quiet.
