  • Spinnaker 17 es un hermoso y limpio condominio de 2 habitaciones / 2 baños con acceso inmediato a la playa. Nuestro condominio se encuentra en el primer piso, a solo unos pasos del océano, con un bloqueo de teclado que facilita la instalación. Este condominio de dos dormitorios y dos baños tiene un balcón amueblado con vista a un vecindario apacible y familiar. ¡Este condominio es el lugar perfecto para que usted y su familia se sientan cómodos durante su estadía en Ocean City!

    La cálida y acogedora sala de estar está amueblada con dos futones (ambos se abren para una cama), 4 bandejas de televisión, una televisión inteligente, WiFi, televisión por cable y reproductor de DVD. Las puertas corredizas de los balcones permiten mucha luz natural para iluminar el espacio.

    Justo al lado de la sala de estar hay un comedor, perfecto para comidas acogedoras con la familia. Hay asientos para 6 en la mesa, así como 4 taburetes en la barra de desayuno. Hay un asiento elevador que se puede sujetar a una de las sillas y una silla alta.

    Al lado del comedor se encuentra la cocina completamente equipada con nevera, microondas, horno / estufa, cafetera Keurig, freidora, horno de convección, tostadora, licuadora, parrilla George Forman y plancha. También encontrarás utensilios, platos, ollas y sartenes, tazones para mezclar, etc. Encontrarás todo lo que necesitas para sentir las comodidades del hogar.

    El dormitorio principal tiene una cama doble, televisor, acceso al balcón con dos mecedoras para relajarse y escuchar los sonidos de las olas rompiendo en la playa. También tienes un baño privado completo. (sábanas y toallas no incluidas) También hay una plancha y tabla de planchar en el armario, así como un paquete de tamaño completo y juego. El pack-n-play tiene una cama infantil y una mesa para cambiar pañales.

    El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama doble y una litera piramidal (con dos camas individuales) y mucho espacio para moverse (sábanas y toallas no incluidas).

    El segundo baño completo está ubicado en el pasillo entre la cocina, el dormitorio y el cuarto de lavado, que está equipado con una lavadora y secadora grandes.

    Esta propiedad puede alojar cómodamente hasta ocho personas, ¡así que traiga a toda la familia!

    Nuestro condominio se encuentra a poca distancia de putt-putt golf, numerosos restaurantes, bolos y paradas de autobús. La playa está a solo unos pasos y hay un puesto de alquiler de sombrillas y sillas justo en la playa.

    ¡Venga a quedarse en nuestro hogar lejos del hogar y cree recuerdos maravillosos que le durarán a usted y a su familia toda la vida!

    Servicios del condominio: aire acondicionado / calefacción central, un espacio de estacionamiento asignado (3 espacios de repuesto en el estacionamiento y estacionamiento adicional gratuito en la calle), dos televisores, reproductor de DVD, WiFi gratis, TV por cable, refrigerador, máquina de hielo, microondas, Keurig, aire freidora, tostadora, estufa, lavaplatos, triturador de basura, lavadora y secadora grandes, y una ducha de pies al aire libre. LAS REGLAS DE LA ASOCIACIÓN DE CONDOMINACIÓN ESTA PROPIEDAD NO PERMITE MASCOTAS O FUMAR. (Tenga en cuenta que a los propietarios se les permite mascotas dentro de las unidades si usted es propenso a las alergias. Esta regla es estrictamente aplicada por los miembros de HOA que residen en la escena). Alquilamos a familias, matrimonios y adultos responsables. No se permite fumar ni vapear dentro de la unidad. OCMD condo

Condo was perfect for our family of four, which includes two teens. Close and convenient walk to the beach, restaurants, miniature golf, and shopping. Unit was very clean and included a lot of essentials. Katelyn was a very responsive host. Would consider renting again. Thank you.

Wonderful week!

Our family had a fabulous week. The weather was great. It rained one day but there is a lot to do in the city and Katelyn’s place was rainy-day friendly. The condo was spectacular. The layout was very nice. We especially liked that the bedrooms were on opposite ends of the condo. If we come back to OC, we will definitely come when Katelyn’s condo is available!

Lovely stay!!!

I really don’t have anything bad to say! The condo was beautiful, clean, spacious, and the location is great. I had an absolutely terrible booking with a different host, and this host welcomed me and my family from the day of booking! She was in communication with me about her place. It was especially accommodating to our pre-teens and teens. Everything was easy self check-in, the house was clean and cozy, and plenty of space for our family of 6. The beach is just a few steps away, and not overly crowded, even on the holiday weekend. Wonderful location, close to several shops, restaurants, bars, and grocery stores! The security system (although the host told us how to easily deactivate it) gave our family a lot of peace of mind and made our children feel safe (they watch too much horror). Wonderful stay all around. I highly highly recommend this stay!!

Owner Disappoints

Property was super cute. Concerned about the cleanliness. There was a crusty rag on the floor in laundry room when I arrived. I didn’t over think it as I am not a nit picky person. However, when I left the owner put a claim in for excessive cleaning. I swept everything the night before, cleaned the microwave (as my daughter made a small mess in it) wiped off the counters, cleared out all trash and cleaned all dishes. I paid a cleaning fee when I booked so I did not feel I needed to do more than I did. Owner said it took over 3 hrs to clean because cabinets were sticky and food was embedded in the couch. My daughter and I literally checked the couches as we were packing up as we were on a search for lost pacifiers. Absolutely no food “embedded” in them. That was a straight lie and very frustrating for someone to say I disrespected her property like that. She told me it usually takes a hour and a half to clean. Is it being properly sanitized? Then I was wondering about the type of cleaning that is done between guests? Are we not usually wiping down cabinets? What does my cleaning fee go towards? She was well aware there were little ones staying there. I read great reviews about her but I’m wondering about them. This lady made us out to be slobs and I was beyond taken back.

We loved everything about our stay at this property!

We had the best trip with our family! Katelyn was amazing and very communicative. The property was clean and very well taken care of! Location was perfect and the beaches weren’t crowded at all! They even had some items we needed for our young children already there. We make so many memories and cannot wait to go back again!

Perfect Location

Had a great few days at the beach in this condo! Location is very convenient to the actual beach and all of the things to do in OC. Perfect for families traveling with small children and it had everything that we needed for our stay!

The perfect place!

The condo was as described/pictured. Had enough room for our family of 5, very close to the beach which wasn't crowded at all (BONUS POINTS!) and close enough to walk to restaurants/mini golf. The 'no key' door lock was wonderful! We look forward to staying here again.

Check in was easy albeit a bit late in the day. Host was very amenable and responsive. Place was clean and located in a perfect spot to get to the beach with ease. Would book again!

Perfect for family beach getaway

Great location and easy walk to beach and restaurants. Owner was quick to respond to our inquiries. Plenty of room for our family with 2 teens and in-laws. In-laws loved the 1st floor and proximity to the beach

Perfect for families!

Such a cute place to stay! Excellent property for families. The kids’ bedroom is adorable and there are plenty of beach toys available. The outdoor foot rinse area makes it super easy to get rid of sand before heading back inside. Easy to walk to mini golf, the ice cream shop, and multiple restaurants. Best of all is the ability to get out onto the beach so quickly and without crossing any streets. We had a great vacation!

Memories for a lifetime.

We love Ocean City and had to come back. The property is steps away from the beach and made it possible to go back and forth for bathroom and meal breaks. Our favorite restaurant was across the street and the area was quiet and comfortable. Katelyn was an excellent host and always responded to our messages. We have four children and we were perfectly comfortable. When out on the balcony, you can hear the waves. You can see beautiful sunsets as well. Sunrise on the beach is exceptional. This is well recommended!

Cozy location near the beach

I have nothing to complain about this property. Close to the beach, restaurants, grocery, etc... The kitchen has all type of equip such as coffee machine, air fryer, grill, etc... I was glad that I found this house. I will definite come back to stay at this property.

Great stay

We had an amazing stay for my cousins bachelorette. This property is the perfect location and we fit everyone perfectly. We loved how close we were to the beach and the patio area. It was so convenient to have the keyless entry! Highly recommend this property!

This is a great place to stay very close to the beach. The unit was very clean with comfortable beds. The decor was pleasing and kitchen well equipped. Was a great stay.
