This one-bedroom condo is located at Marigot Beach, an oceanfront high-rise with an indoor swimming pool, an indoor hot tub, and direct access to the sandy beach. Here in uptown Ocean City, you'll be practically across the street from the Gold Coast Mall and one mile from Northside Park (the largest park in Ocean City with sports fields, piers, an outdoor exercise area, a community center, and walking and jogging paths).

Cap each beautiful day spent surfing and sunbathing by retreating to your shaded balcony, where you can sit back with a cocktail or gather for an alfresco meal with a panoramic view of the ocean.

Inside, the centrally air-conditioned living space is thoughtfully decorated and wonderfully uncluttered. Enjoy a light-filled, oceanfront living room with a cable TV, a well-appointed kitchen, and space to dine at both the eat-in table and the breakfast bar. The bedroom has a TV of its own and a sunset view of Assawoman Bay. High-speed WiFi and a private washer/dryer are provided for your convenience as well.

THINGS TO KNOW
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
