Oceanfront Three Bedroom Condo on the Boardwalk

The Space:
Three bedroom direct oceanfront condo located directly on Ocean City, Maryland’s famous boardwalk. This condo offers three bedrooms, two full-bathrooms and a large, open living area. The living area features a nicely furnished living room, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast counter. There is a private balcony off of the living area that is a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful direct ocean and beach views. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, television and an ensuite full-bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a television. The third bedroom features a set of twin-over-full bunk-beds and a television. The second full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from through the condo. This condo has been nicely updated throughout and is in good condition. Prime location is steps from the beach and within walking distance to all of the boardwalk amusements, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, water sports, night life and more. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Management fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to additional management fees. The Reservation will be in effect upon
receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

General Policies
Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old.

The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.

Maximum occupancy is noted on the listing and related materials. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.

Guest shall not host, or permit to be hosted, any parties at the property at anytime. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.

Pets are prohibited at the property. Violation of this policy shall be grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund. Guest will be responsible for all associated cleaning costs.

No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. If smoking or vaping does occur on the premises, Guest will be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.

Your booking includes $1000 in accidental damage coverage, however any property damage needs to be reported immediately to Coastal Life Vacations to avoid additional charges and/or legal claims.

Rental booking includes a complete linen and towel package. Guest will be responsible for supplying their own paper products, toiletries, trash bags, beach towels and beach equipment.

My 19, 11 year twins and I had a great stay. Perfect location to avoid the crowds. Clean and exactly as listed. Loved the huge porch. Elevator is a plus. Easy parking. The listing says does not provide beach equipment. There was 6 chairs, an umbrella and a boogie board. That could have saved lots of room in our car. Should update that. Would definitely stay again.

The property was beautifully decorated and welcoming! One downside was that we did not have enough washcloths to accommodate our party. Also, some of the kitchen appliances were filthy. Each bed also had lots of sand.

The management of the property was extremely responsive to inquiries before our trip. Check-in was easy peasy. The unit was on the top floor so no foot traffic above us. We had an injured member of our party so the elevator was soooo great to have. The living room/kitchen/dining area was beautiful and a great space for our group to gather. We were a party of 6 (parents and 4 grown children ages 18-19). Having the spacious kitchen was just what we were looking for to have dinners in most nights. The glass wall of doors to our balcony was our favorite part…..views of the boardwalk and ocean were gorgeous! Loved having laundry in our unit & some basic kitchen utensils and cookingware. Bedrooms are a little small but we loved how cozy they are & met our needs just fine. We spill onto the boardwalk & beach with a ramp access to the sand. We are almost exactly two miles from the pier & amusement park end of the boardwalk. There are shops, mini golf courses, restaurants & ice cream all within walking distance on the boardwalk & inland a little bit. The unit was clean and we would absolutely love to stay here again! It’s alexavtly how it was pictured in the listing. It is a beautiful space, great location. We absolutely loved staying here and l highly recommend!!
