Inside, you'll find a queen Murphy bed and queen sofa bed, both designed for restful nights after sun-filled days. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals, along with a starter supply of coffee, cooking oil, spices, and more.

Enjoy free WiFi and streaming entertainment on smart tvs — plus air conditioning and heat for year-round comfort. Fresh linens and towels are included, along with a starter supply of toiletries and paper products for your convenience.

You'll have one assigned parking space (Space #25) — parking pass provided. Front-in parking only.

When you arrive you may notice some temporary posts on the west side of the building. These have been put up in preparation for renovations that will take place in the fall of 2026 (yes, they were put up way too early!) They're not there for any structural issues, they're just there to help prevent any bits of the stucco from chipping off.

When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a $35 fee + the cost of shipping.

Cancellation Policy:
• Full refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in
• 50% refund: Cancel 14+ days before check-in
• 50% refund: Cancel 7–14 days before check-in
• Cleaning fee only refunded if canceled <7 days before check-in
