Enjoy two oceanfront balconies, a bay-facing terrace, and a rooftop sundeck at this luxurious, two-story penthouse in Fountainhead Towers.

This penthouse is a place to take in your beautiful surroundings, with an oceanfront living room and dining room that connect through sliding glass doors to a 300-square-foot balcony. Of the six bedrooms (including three primary suites), there are three oceanfront bedrooms and three bayside bedrooms; all have sliding glass doors and panoramic views.

The kitchen features custom maple cabinetry, granite countertops, a granite prep island, and stainless steel appliances (including a Thermador refrigerator). There's even a wet bar with a stainless steel beverage center and ice maker.

Other lovely details include Canadian fir ceilings, mahogany doors, travertine stone floors, flatscreen TVs in most rooms, and natural wood ceiling fans, lamps, and window treatments. The bathrooms feature Italian tumbled-marble floors and walls, granite countertops, and glass-enclosed showers.

Situated mere steps from the ocean, Fountainhead Towers offers access to community amenities that include a beachfront swimming pool, a tennis court, and a sundeck. You'll be practically across the road from the Gold Coast Mall, a matter of steps from restaurants and groceries, three-quarters of a mile south of Northside Park, and only two miles south of the Fenwick Island Lighthouse and tax-free shopping across the Maryland-Delaware state line.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wedding Weekend with Friends

This penthouse was the perfect setting for the six couples that went to the wedding. It was six bedrooms with ample living space and beautiful views. It was not far from the wedding venues and right on the beach.

Loved the place but they need to fire the cleaners.

We loved the location and the condo. Perfect for a large family. Pros: Plenty of beds and social areas. Really nice to have beverage area separate from kitchen area. Lots of refrigerator and freezer space. The walk to the beach is longish but very safe. The cons: it was filthy. The bathrooms were ok. One bedroom looked untouched there was a plastic cup under the bed, trash behind the door, sticky drink rings on the bedside table and when I fluffed the bedspread a cloud of sand came off. But the kitchen was the worse: dried meat blood on the refrigerator shelf, the counters were disgusting. Cooking utensils had dried food. The vacuumed had no suction so we had to sweep the floors several times to get the sandiness to an acceptable level. I expect some sand we are at the beach but this was ridiculous. So we had to clean everything. Talked to Vacasa and they wanted pictures. I was cleaning and trying to watch a toddler. No, I didn’t stop to think to take pictures. The first 2 hours were spent cleaning and trying to text Vacasa. They could send cleaners in the morning but by that point we had already done it all. Other con- all the chairs in the house are bar height which can be challenging but worse was the bare metal legs against the stone floors. They could easily be fixed with felt pads or something. The fact that the fire alarms went off while we were trying to get out on time with an infant and toddler didn’t help. Vacasa staff just said they’d pass that on.

OC trip

Check-in was not clear since the Vacassa office at 131st is closed. Had to call. Condo has some things that need to be fixed. Screens of door off, Ceiling light convers in bathroom off and dirty. Icemaker broken. Otherwise was a nice place to stay and great views

Penthouse Stay & Play

The location was very good, the Penthouse was nice but, filthy dirty. It accommodated us well and we had lots of fun. It is advertised with a roof top but, there are signs posted that you are not allowed on the roof top. The cleaning staff should be fired as the house hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Filthy, Filthy, Filthy, we had to clean in order to be comfortable. It is very clear that this house is not being cleaned or sanitized but, they charge a lot for cleaning we should receive a refund for the cleaning cost as we did the cleaning.
