Look down from your balcony at the shared seasonal pool, beach and beach access path. Hear and see the ocean waves from your plush king size bed in the primary bedroom. The view of the bay from the second bedroom provides spectacular sunsets

The view of the ocean is immediately visible from the moment you walk in the front door with the open layout. The spacious fully equipped kitchen features both Keurig and standard drip coffee machines, 4 slice toaster, microwave, cookware, and everything you need to cook a great meal. Sip your morning coffee at the breakfast bar or take a break from the beach and enjoy lunch at the adjacent dining table. The living room features a large sectional sofa and reclining chair, perfect for relaxing. This home is decorated with a beach theme and has Smart TV’s with cable/streaming Netflix, Paramount Plus, and Free Wifi.

In this part of midtown Ocean City, you'll be mere steps from the beach and Coastal Highway providing you with easy access to Ocean City’s popular dining spots such as Ropewalk, Hooked, Bull on the Beach, Laytons. and the Bayside Skillet. All within walking distance or a short drive. There are shops, bars, markets, miniature golf courses, and other sources of entertainment close by.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location and pool. Beds could be more comfortable / better mattresses would be a plus. Finish carpentry of renovations that have been done is a bit shabby / gives a bit of dingy feeling, although the unit was overall quite clean and everything was functional. No washer / dryer inside unit, have to use a community laundry room on ground floor which is 3.50 to wash and 3.00 to dry. At those rates the laundry equipment should be able to be well kept up, which it was in good condition and in a clean well lit room. Balcony sliding door is dated and doesn’t close / seal the best. Bad or missed repointing of bricks on numerous areas of building, which you can tell was done recently (last yr or two)For a 50 yr old brick building right on beach, things overall have been well kept. You can see the owners have been putting money into the place and the ones we ran into all seemed very friendly and happy to see renters. Some places we have stayed in OC have owners that act upset or annoyed with renters, but I did t get that vibe too much at this place. Overall happy with the experience and would recommend the property to friends looking for this type of unit / price range. Thanks and hope review is helpful in making improvements and more happy renters in future!

WOULD'VE GIVEN 5 STARS; BUT MORE COURTESY AND COMMUNICATION TO TENNANTS COULD BE BETTER.

I would've given 5 stars, Only thing that I feel could've been handled better was the communication. A couple days into our vacation, I was out with my wife and family enjoying the day when I received a call from Vacasa stating that there was a plumber at the condo to replace a kitchen faucet. This was my first time hearing about it. I explained I was not in the condo, and I was never notified about a plumber coming to do any work. I would have made some time out of my vacation to accommodate them. They wanted the plumber, a total stranger to me to enter the condo without me being present. I explained to them that I have my personal belongings, cash etc. unsecured and would rather be present when the plumber enters. So, he can either come back at a later time that day when I am back at the condo, or reschedule to a time that works for me. 5 minutes later, I get another call, THIS TIME FROM THE PLUMBING COMPANY that the owner acquired, telling me that the plumber is back at the condo and that I need to give him permission to enter. I once again explained that NO ONE , INCLUDING THE OWNER, notified me of any repairs to the unit during my stay. He will have to come back when I'm there. The plumbing company then said "Well the owner is highly upset and the owner said it is her condo so she can have repairs whenever she wants" I told her to tell the owner, next time, she should communicate with her tennants and maybe she wont be "highly upset". They rescheduled after.

First time in OC and with Vacasa

I have used VRBO many times but this Vacasa has been my first bad experience renting. No communication, difficult to get ahold of. Had to wait in a line to check in. I’ve never experienced this before. It was annoying and many angry, upset folks in parking lot waiting for their check in. It was unnecessary. Could’ve given me my envelope at noon and not made us wait in line for exactly 4pm. Making everyone checkin atvthtr same time is ridiculous. They wouldn’t let us on property until 4pm. I have stayed many places and they always let us access the beach and pool prior to checkin. I will never use Vacasa again. The room was filthy. Mold on ceiling, dirty rugs, hair everywhere, underwear behind the couch, coffee grounds in pot, K cup in other. Condo was run down, balcony slider was loud and in need of repair, old fixtures, but appliances worked and beds we’re comfortable. Overall ok but not going back to this condo or using Vacasa. Location was good, view good. Beware of Vacasa. Personally I like dealing with private owner, they are almost always more responsive and just a better experience.
