    The Space:

    Fill your vacation with the sights and sounds of the beach at this oceanfront condo in North Ocean City. Not only will you have a front-row seat to swimming, surfing, and boogie boarding in the ocean waves, you'll be greeted back at home by central air conditioning, an oceanfront balcony, and a private washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and beach towels. This mid-rise building is located on the oceanfront in North Ocean City, offering on-site facilities that include an outdoor pool, a paddle tennis court, an elevator, and assigned parking. It's only half a mile north of Northside Park, a 58-acre expanse with lighted sports fields, a fishing lagoon, concession stands, two playgrounds, a picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, walking and jogging paths, and a host of annual events. Coastal Highway, which is lined with restaurants, shops, nightlife, and sources of entertainment for all ages, is one block west as well. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets allowed No smoking allowed (including in all common areas and on the grounds) Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great spot in North OC

This is probably the favorite of all the places we've stayed! We loved the location, the beach, and the pool! The condo was fantastic. Spacious and clean. I loved how quiet it was too! Will definitely look for availability to rent again!

The condo was good and the price was right. Condo was in an ideal spot for our taste and having the balcony to look out on the beach met our requirements. We found the condo suited our needs.

Perfect! Just what we wanted!

We love properties on the higher streets. And we love off-season. This property was everything we were wanting as a family. It was clean, comfortable, safe, right on the beach…. it was perfect! Highly recommend and I hope we get to go back next year!!

Great place, everything worked great, awesome view. The only minor complaint would be the bedroom needs more light. It would have been perfect if the master bed was a queen, a double was a little cozy for my wife and I.

Very nice!!

I loved this place being ocean front view! Perfect for a small family or anyone just trying to chill out and catch some rays. Quiet place. We had to clean when we showed up. That was the only down side. Still loved it and made great memories.

Perfect location!

The property at Sails 2 was beautiful. The location was perfect, the condo was very clean and had everything we could need for the week! So impressed with everything. It was an amazing week of vacation for my family of 5! Only had 1 small snafu with the pool code (it was wrong on the paper but right in our welcome email). Thank you for a wonderful stay!

we really enjoyed our stay at this location

Everything was almost perfert but we couldn't have access to wifi, no tv remote control in the bedroom and check out time was a quite early for us (10:00 a.m.).
