Welcome to the perfect oceanfront destination, new for 2021! Calypso 207 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with many outstanding features, including a double balcony with the best oceanfront views in Ocean City and plenty of room to soak up the sun or dine outdoors in the shade.

This condo has been wonderfully maintained and updated throughout, including new (late 2020) vinyl flooring. There are TVs in both bedrooms and overall sleeping space for eight guests. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, three TVs, private parking for one car (with additional parking available on a first come, first serve basis), elevators in the building, and a large, seasonal outdoor pool for your off-beach convenience.

This direct oceanfront condo is located on 62nd Street in Ocean City, with countless things to do and see in this part of midtown when you're ready to venture out. Check out the nearby 67th Street Town Center, where you can grab a bite to eat or enjoy some retail therapy at Longboard Cafe, Sweetfrog, Ron Jon Surf Shop, The Kite Loft, and Dolle's Candyland. Looking for a special night out or a scenic lunch on the bay? Some of Ocean City's best cuisine and nightlife can be found in this section of town at Fager's Island, Seacrets, Macky's Bayside Bar & Grill, BJ's on the Water, Skye Bar, and Dead Freddies Bar & Grill (which includes a cute on-site playground for kids). Stuck with a rainy day or want to beat the heat? Challenge the family to a round of mini-golf at Old Pro Golf's indoor course or a game of bowling at Alley Oops and Ocean Lanes Bowling (all are within a couple of blocks). All of this, and you'll be a short drive or bus ride from the famous Ocean City Boardwalk.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
