Oceanfront Building With Great Ocean and Bay Views

  • Located just up the street from Ocean City’s popular 58-acre complex, Northside Park, you don’t need to leave your balcony to watch the weekly fireworks in the summer… and you’re close enough that you don’t need to hop in the car to enjoy the famous Sundaes in the Park (one of our favorite weekly events)!
    Braemar Towers 807 is a one bedroom, one bathroom condo located on the 8th floor of the north tower. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Enjoy ocean and beach views from the balcony. The condo has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, central air, and 2 TV’s and free WIFI. Limit of 4 people. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. This property rents from Saturday to Saturday only. (Psssst… you’re also right across the street from The Crab Bag, voted Ocean City’s best crabs year after year!) The owner pays for your full linen package for full week stays (fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillow cases for each bed, including the sleep sofa; and 6 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths) Delivery & pick-up included.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. The property was 10/10 clean and also 10/10 properly equipped and maintained. The proctor silex coffee maker from 1984 worked but was a challenge. We enjoyed the old v w buses and the Bluetooth speaker . Highly recommended this property .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I came primarily to be with family. Brother, who owns, was in the same building which made it convenient to be with him. Everyone was very friendly from the pool lifeguard, Christian, to the cleaning staff, Nadine and Tim. The unit was immaculate and provided great views of the ocean. The rental office staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Yes, plan to return next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We decided to take a last minute vacation before the start of school. This condo was clean, well located, and perfect for our needs. We had 2 adults and one 12 year old. Our 12 year old slept on the couch which was perfect for him. It is a sleeper sofa but we did not pull out the bed part. We just covered the couch with sheets and a blanket. Overall, just the trip we needed.
