Larger families or traveling friends can comfortably spread out in this spacious 4-bedroom townhome offering 3 full bathrooms and multiple living areas. The kiddos will love their huge bedroom with pool view balcony. There is plenty of beachfront table seating to enjoy your favorite cold beverage or home cooked meals prepared in the beautiful fully stocked kitchen. Table seating for 6 as well as 3 counter stools are available for those preferring to dine inside. Perfectly located in every way this property is also walking distance to many of Ocean City's hot spots and food favorites! No Cleaning Fee. Weekend with friends

Place was perfect location. Right on the beach, 2 blocks from secrets and other bar/restaurants, came with 2 parking spots and parking in the area was easy for others. The place was definitely spacious enough for 15 people. Just note you have to bring everything. There was no toilet paper, paper towels est on location. The deck was a great size to fit everyone and then some. Each bedroom has it's own balcony. Would definitely book this again.

Made the best out of it despite multiple issues

Headed to OC for our annual mom and kids beach vacation. We were excited about this property because of beach proximity, the pool, and walking distance to Seacrets! Not all Moms (4) got an adult bed but we decided to make it work for the other amenities. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the property was a big disappointment, even more so because we are charged a cleaning fee. The toilets were gross and the fridge was not touched since the last visitors. The carpets and floors also still had sand and there was a random scrunchy left in the kitchen (yuck!) We also had an issue after using the tub. The overflow valve was not installed right which caused a waterfall in the kitchen which soaked some of the food we bought ($$$). We called maintenance but they weren’t able to help right away because no one from their 24-7 maintenance company was available…the next day someone came out for the tub and they sent people to clean just the bathrooms…so while these things were addressed, we were inconvenienced and for the price of the rental, we felt like more could have been done to prepare for our stay.
