Each morning, you can enjoy your coffee watching the sun as it comes up over the horizon and glistens off the water. Each night, you'll relax to the amazing colors that reflect off the bay waters as the sun sets for the evening. It really doesn't get much better than this!

Located on 110th street at the Capri, this building has some wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You'll have access to a lighted indoor pool (open year-round), exercise room, sauna, tennis court, indoor basketball court and even a game room! The building is also convenient to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

This fabulous 2 bedrooms, 2 bath unit can sleep 6. The master bedroom has a king size bed, full bath and a TV. The 2nd bedroom has one twin and a pyramid bunk with a double on the bottom and a twin on top. There is access to another full bath directly across the hall. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. You'll have a fully stocked kitchen for those nights that you want to stay in and eat and wireless internet to keep you connected!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* This condo is on the 18th floor. Capri is an elevator building.
* The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Kitchen was fully equipped. Very comfortable beds. Some of the chairs and coffee table needed to be tightened up. We're a bit wobbly. Great view of both the beach and the Bay and was able to watch sunrise and sunset.

We really enjoyed the view and the overall vibe of the condo. The amenities were great. Indoor pool. Beach chairs and toys you can take down and bring back. The game room and saunas were a plus. But the cleaning of the unit was subpar. It was all surface cleaned but nothing was actually clean. The comforters you could tell haven’t been washed in a while. The bathrooms didn’t smell clean and the more you used them the more you noticed how dirty they really were. There was dust everywhere, tvs, lamps etc. I found old food under the bed. I had to report several concerns upon arrival of floors being scratched, stains on surfaces, and a broken glass vase just sitting in the dinning area. The vent in one of the bathrooms in the shower fell on my daughter. I always try to make reports upon arrival to avoid being charged for issues that were already present and to make staff and owner aware of these issues. Another huge concern was the shower water got very cold very quickly. For the price the staff was NOT very friendly or helpful. Upon check in we were NOT greeted. We had tons of bags in our hands, no one offered help or told us about blue bins we could put all our stuff in to wheel up to our room. We were told to hold on and we signed in and paid our parking fee and that was about all the interaction we got from the front desk help. Other than being stared at. Other than the unit needing a deep clean and some minor repairs we did appreciate our stay and enjoyed our visit.

Great condo and location

This is exactly as pictured, a two-room condo in which one of the bedrooms has a bunk and side bed, great for kids. The view is pleasing and the kitchen is large. The only drawback is dealing with the owner.

Breathtaking ocean view

The unit was gorgeous! The view of the ocean from the kitchen was amazing. Unit was very clean! Had everything you needed. My kids loved the bunk beds! Very close to everything!! 10 minute drive to the boardwalk. Supermarkets and pharmacies all within walking distance. Host David had great communication. Will definitely stay again in the future!

Great Property and Location

We had a really enjoyable stay over Easter! The location is premiere, near coffee shops and Acme grocery store. Great indoor pool and amenities. Beach access is great. The condo itself was beautiful, however the mattresses could use replacing. Flat and lumpy and pretty uncomfortable. Also the hot water was an issue for the whole stay. It seemed like it would run out pretty quickly. The Wi-Fi also stopped working on the third night. Despite these few hiccups, we had a great stay and we’d return.

Great time but minimal hot water

We had a great time and the place was nice. Our only issue was the first day we had Luke warm water at best for about 10 minutes then the last 2 days we would only get hot water for about 5 minutes then have to wait a few hours for more hot water. This made showering for 5 of us tricky. Other than that the place was nice and perfect size for our family.

Small family getaway

I recently stayed at this beautiful condo with my 3 boys (all kids) for an extended weekend! The views were stunning! The pool was one of the best we ever swam in at a condo. The condo itself was beautiful and peaceful it had everything we needed! The check in and out process was effortless and made for a very relaxing vacation

Perfect Ocean City Stay

This was a perfect stay for my family (husband and 3 kids). The view from condo is amazing, check in easy, right on beach and kids loved the amenities. Location is close enough to the action of Ocean City but far enough from boardwalk to allow a more quiet experience.

Beautiful condo!

First time at the Capri and this unit exceeded my expectations. Beautiful layout, nicely decorated with all the essentials included. The views of both the beach and bay were spectacular from the 18th floor. Will definitely stay here again next year!

Fantastic Stay

Very much enjoyed our stay. Place was clean, showers were nice, beds were comfortable and the view was breathtaking . Steps away from a very clean beach and the pool was very nice and well maintained. My family enjoyed our time here and plan to come back!
