  • Welcome to the Plaza 1512! This cozy 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath + Den Ocean Front Condo offers an AMAZING Direct Ocean View of the Atlantic Ocean from the Master Bedroom & Private Open Balcony. Your family of 8 will enjoy the AMAZING View, and all the amenities this condo and the Plaza has to offer. It features a fully equipped kitchen which opens up to the Dining Living Room area with an AMAZING view of the ocean. The Spacious Master Bedroom features 1-King Bed & private bath, and access to the private balcony. The 2nd Bedroom has 2 double beds, the Living room has a Queen Sleep Sofa and the den has a double futon. Also for your convenience, the condo has a washer, dryer & dishwasher. This condo rents mini-weeks or full weeks Sunday/Thursday during prime season and any three nights off season. The Plaza offers an indoor & outdoor heated pool, kiddie pool, oceanfront lounge, half-acre sundeck, whirlpool & sauna. During the summer season, enjoy the outside bar & grill. There is a $80 non-refundable building registration fee required upon arrival at the Plaza (April 1st to October 6th). Smoking is PROHIBITED in all units, balconies and pool deck. Smoking is permitted in designated areas outside.
    Guest supplies all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products.
    An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
    Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.

Weekend getaway for beach concert

The property was great, location was key! Close to everything. The pool and bar were great, didn't have to leave the "resort" but did to visit our regular restaurants. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Can't beat direct oceanview.

Great ocean views

This condo is right on the beach! Perfect to wake up and head right to the beach or sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. Quiet area but also within walking distance to restaurants.

Our vacation was great, but not long enough. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from our balcony every morning to the indoor and outdoor pools. Then in the evening walking out onto walkway to our room on the 15th floor and looking west to watch the sunset over the bay. Absolutely amazing just looking and enjoying God’s Creation from this property! Thank you so much for everything!

My whole family loved this place!

My whole family stayed at this property for 5 days 4 nights. It had everything we wanted and was in a great location. The beachfront balcony was amazing! We will be trying to book again for next year.

Exactly what we needed

Much more space than expected. Clean and well furnished. Location was fantastic. Being oceanfront and having a pool was perfect with the kids. Would definitely rent again.

It was clean, looked like kitchen and living room were redone. Plenty of space. We had a wonderful time, enjoyed the beach, their indoor and outdoor pool as well as the tiki bar and grill on site there. 5 stars all around!

Location, Location, Location

Location was absolutely amazing, beautiful sunrises from balcony and sunsets from front walkway. Everything was great and property cleanliness was 3/5, because the cleaner(s) missed some very obvious things for being skilled cleaners. Thankfully, there was a washer and dryer and extra blankets. Floor was dirty and a number of things needed attention before being able to fully enjoy the condo. Would definitely book again, but with greater hope that things would be cleaned better. We known that the turns in between rentsls need to be quick, but obvious things need to be taken care of. We shouldn't be able to see dirt on the floor(not even sure the carpet was vacuumed).Also, the glass was not cleaned. Still a great place to stay!

Cleanness and outdated

Mirrors were so dirty, smeary on the whole wall in living room. I had to clean them, drove me nuts. Bathrooms are so outdated. Hair in bathroom. Stopper in kitchen sink would not hold water. Only 3 chairs on balcony. Spare room so hot. I needed binoculars to see tv in master bedroom. Might have been only 13”. The plaza itself was nice, room 1512 not so much.

Probably our favorite place that we have stayed in Ocean City. Clean, comfortable beds and furniture. Plus a great view of the ocean.
