Welcome to Rusty Anchor Townhome Unit 7 East- your vacation getaway to lazy days and picturesque sunsets over looking the bay. This Beautiful Newly Renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bath Townhome features a fully equipped modernized Kitchen including a wet bar, dishwasher and stainless steel appliances. As the amenities continue, there are 4 TV's, WIFI, and a brand new washer & dryer in the property for your convenience. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.
The Master Bedroom has a king bed with a balcony that overlooks the Spectacular Views of the Bay. The second bedroom has a queen bed with pyramid bunk(Single over Full). and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Rusty Anchor Townhome Unit 7 will comfortably suit your family of 8. It includes 2 parking spots and is centrally located to restaurants, grocery store & close to the beach. Everything all wrapped up in one. What are you waiting for? Book your reservation today!
Please note: the fireplace is non functional-decorative only and the boat lift is not available to guests.
Guest supplies sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.

Beautiful home on the water!

We had a wonderful weekend at this property. The home was clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the back deck was beautiful on the water with seating for at least 6 people to relax and enjoy the view. Check in was smooth, we had no issues so we did not contact the property manager during our stay. Loved the rainfall showerheads in upstairs bathrooms.

Gorgeous views

This home is beautiful, spacious and has one of the most gorgeous views in Ocean City. The pics do not do it justice. The area is quiet for the most part which was great for us as we wanted to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful girls weekend. Our only issue was that the front fence door was jammed and as a result we went on a 10 minute hunt looking for an entryway only to then find out we had to push much harder to gain access. Keep in mind to bring tissue rolls, paper towel, dish soap, and hand soap with you as these items were not supplied.
